I'm not a huge fan of the genre, personally, but I came across this video a while back and just have to share it. I'd never heard of 'Of Mice and Men' before, but that is one of the catchiest choruses I've ever heard from any genre. Regardless, give it a listen. Amazing playing and entertaining video. I love that guy.

Shadows Fall, if you even consider them Metalcore. You know, I really love that first wave of Metalcore. Unearth, Shadows Fall, Killswitch(ESPECIALLY with Jesse), even the first Bleeding Through record. After that, it got so watered down and generic, and it just became a joke.

Shadows Fall, if you even consider them Metalcore. They're more of a 'true' metal band. They're too technical for metalcore

I'd consider Of Mice and Men to be post-hardcore anyway. There's somewhat of a difference.

After that, it got so watered down and generic, and it just became a joke. those really were the days. the first couple All That Remains albums were great too, before they started overdoing the clean singing. the genre just became a template too easily.
