I thought to myself that WWE needs to have a Superman Jobber.
Think of a high energy, intense in-ring worker and/or seller who's great at getting his ass kicked, and selling moves like death. He usually loses matches in ways that are usually either depressing or hilarious, yet will pull a John Cena by shrugging off the losses and moving on. Maybe someone like Alex Riley, Tyson Kidd, or Evan Bourne could play the role.
The character is intended to be a kiddie hero who promotes fair competition and accepting losses with grace. BUT, he also encourages kids to stand up for themselves and will kick the heel's ass if he acts like a bully or a sore winner.
Example....
The jobber in question is in the ring getting ready for his match. His opponent is Mark Henry. He puts up some fight, but Henry destroys him in less than two minutes.
After the match, the jobber's reaction is something along the lines of "Golly gee whiz Mark. You split my wig real good. I'll remember to pay the air bill on time next month, I promise. Good game."
The jobber offers Henry a handshake.
Henry: "GET THAT MESS OUT MY FACE!"
Left with no other option the jobber dropkicks Henry and bolts from the ring. He stands on the stage giving a cheesy smile and thumbs up, saying "Good game, Mark. Good game."
Henry is left in the ring pissed, screaming out "THAT WHITE BOY PUT HIS HANDS ON ME!!!"
I think it would be a good idea. You have a character that can be a role model to the kids. WWE has an actual excuse to job someone out ridiculously, but it doesn't hurt them too bad because their actual character is booked to just bounce back from the losses.

Definitely a gap for a superhero gimmick, the Hurricane was brilliant.

I think Yoshi Tatsu could pull it off. He's already ridiculously positive despite being the jobbingest jobber besides JTG.

John Cena is THE superhero of WWE, so why not make Black Cena the jobber superhero?

You should try reading a superman comic some time. Yeah. Couldn't think of a better description. But the general gist is: Take John Cena's tendency to supposedly "no-sell" losses and "take nothing seriously", apply that characteristic to a guy who gets jobbed out in short matches every week and make it his gimmick.

Except he's a face, not (as) credible in high profile scenarios, and WWE doesn't half-assedly try to pass him off as a main eventer.

It would be really fun if he just got massive hate from the crowd, and they all cheered raucously every time he was pinned, even if Jacob Novak was doing the pinning.

Doesn't Zeke fit the bill for this?

Doesn't Zeke fit the bill for this? Zeke is far, far too depressing to pull this off. "So fans, I lost another. Time to go make the chicken breasts. Protein will help me win. #hopefully"

Ugh, yeah. I know what you mean and I should of addressed that and not being an obnoxious wad about it. Anyway, I really like the idea because I'd probably cheer that guy for being endlessly positive.

Do you get a commission every time someone mentions Alex Riley on the internet?

I don't see what this has to do with Superman. I thought you meant basically John Cena if he lost every match.
