Bringing back ILC and expecting it to have the same impact would be pretty difficult now in the wake of Chappelle's Show and Family Guy (among other things). In the early 90's they were pretty shocking, but today's mainstream comedy, regardless of what perspective it's from, is a lot cruder and less afraid to cross the line. Something like Men On Film looks pretty tame today.

Something like Men On Film looks pretty tame today. That's pretty much what he said. Marlon also added that Youtube has caused a decline in sketch comedy.
