24 had Kane vs. Chavo. 25 had Mysterio vs. JBL 26 had Show/Miz vs. Morrison/Truth 27 had Team Show vs. The Corre 28 had Sheamus vs. Bryan
What will 29 give us?

26 was not as much of a squash as the others, if I remember correctly I wouldn't even call it a squash at all.
Unfortunately Jericho vs Fandango has the potential. The 8 man tag won't go very long either.

Seeing as how all the main events this year feature worn down part-timers, I'm thinking the WWE might keep them all relatively short, so we won't need to have any short squash matches on the rest of the card.

Rock vs Cena in 3 seconds. Cena's waiting outside the ring with a hidden chair. Rock does his pose, turns round and gets clocked with the chair. Cena forces the ref to ring the bell, pins Rock and wins the title in front of the largest booing you'll ever hear. Seeing as how all the main events this year feature worn down part-timers, I'm thinking the WWE might keep them all relatively short, so we won't need to have any short squash matches on the rest of the card. Rock vs Cena went over 30 minutes last year. Punk/Rock 1 went 23:40, and their second went 21:02. So I wouldn't think Rock/Cena II will be anything less than 30 minutes in all seriousness.

Big Z beats Hell No in 36 seconds. 6 of which involve Kane chokeslamming Daniel Bryan. WWE will then respond "Hey, we doubled his in-ring time from last year. Are you not entertained?"

On the flip side, Brock hasn't wrestled more than 20 minutes since his return and with the state Taker's in and the supposed state Punk's in, those two matches are probably not going to take 45 minutes from entrance to next segment. As for what'll be a squash, Fandango vs Jericho seems way too obvious, so I've got Swagger vs Del Rio, the eight person tag or Punk vs Taker down as potential squashes.

Hopefully Del Rio will squash Swagger and the whole feud will never be mentioned again.

I hope Ryback destroys Henry. Whatever was good about him before he was injured is gone. I couldn't be more bored.

But notice how his match times have been getting shorter? I'm sure even the WWE realizes how quickly Rock gets gassed. I'm thinking Rock/Cena will only go just over 20 minutes. Same with Brock/HHH.

I'd say the order of squash likelihood (From most to least) goes: 1. Tons of Funkadactyls vs. Team Rhodes Scholars/Bellas 2. Jericho vs. Fandango (I really hope not) 3. Barrett vs. Miz 4. Swagger vs. Del Rio

I think you might be right. Last year there were two 30 minute matches and a 20 minute match. This year I think the three main events will all go around 20. Hopefully leaving time for everything else to get a fair crack of the whip.
