Probably Crash Bandicoot. I didn't have that much console game time when I was younger.

Honestly, probably the original Mortal Kombat.
Unless you wanna count Donkey Kong, that just loops.

Super Mario Bros, but I can't remember if Intellevision or Atari had games you "beat". If they did, something on one of those I would guess.

To this day I've still never beat that. I've only beat Super Mario Bros 2 and Super Mario World Likewise. I've rage quit on 8-4 so many times it's not funny. I have, however, beaten Mario 2, 3, World, Land, Land 2, 64, Kart and Kart 64, which accounts for every Mario game I've played, with Mario 2 being the first game I ever beat.

Honestly, probably the original Mortal Kombat. Unless you wanna count Donkey Kong, that just loops. Those old games have what's known as "Kill Screens". Hardcore gamers don't consider a game beaten unless you've reached the kill screen. Check out the documentary King Of Kong: A fistfull of quarters. This is one of the main guys from the movie hitting a donkey kong kill screen.

I'm thinking it's either Zelda (original), Dragon Warrior, or Rampage on the NES.
