I stopped taking the IC title seriously when they shoved it onto Rocky Maivia to try to convince us that he wasn't shit, and I stopped taking the WWF title seriously when Kane won it for a day for shock value's sake.

I still respect them, but they have been on roller coaster rides in recent years.

The WWE title is the pinacle of the wrestling business. Of course I respect it, even when the champ is more movie star than wrestler at this point.

I thought the titles were everything growing up. To be a champ of any kind seemed to me like you made it. I even gave Bob Holly a modicum of respect because had once been a tag team champion lol
Around 2006ish for the two main titles. 1999 for the IC and around the same time for the tag titles.
Of course we'd sometimes a good champion or a guy who was booked really well(Orton/WGTT/even Cena in 2007) who would make their particular title seem super important for a few weeks here and there.

I've never stopped respecting the WWE title.
But the other titles in WWE are mostly throwaways, and the mid-card titles (IC and US) seem to just turn their holders into jobbers now.

All of them, except for;
World Heavyweight title; When Swagger won it, it definitely felt like the "number 2 belt" as opposed to the WWE title's equal. Granted, it hadn't been it's equal since Batista went to SD with it, but it was still valued by guys like Taker, Jericho and such.
WWE tag team titles; Sorry, but the lineage should carry over the World tag title lineage, you know...the titles that have well over 30 years of memories, as opposed to titles where the greatest champions were likely Londrick.
Diva's title; Unlike the tag titles, I'm happy they started a new lineage (since Moolah's "reign" fouls up the Women's title with a bunch of nonsense), however, it's not like they've done much to establish it since it's incarnation.
IC title; It pains me to write this...but outside of Dolph's nice little reign with it, I haven't been much of a fan since 2008 when Santino held it. Then Regal won it for some reason...then Punk..then JBL. Hot potato.

Punk's title reign, but only for the statistical curiosity of how long it was going to last, especially for such an un-Vince McMahon guy as Punk. I had the same fascination with Christian's second ECW title run. It was usually dull as dirt to watch on TV, but I had fun occasionally checking the Wikipedia page to see what the total day count was at.
I honestly have no respect for the lower-card titles at this point. The Intercontinental Title has been marred ever since they retired it briefly in 2003 just to feed Triple H's monstrous ego. The United States Title has the same problem, but more understandably so since there was no real reason to initially keep it around post-Invasion, but now it's just a confused pseudo third-tier championship. The Tag Championships are a joke mostly compounded by a fact that they idiotically decided to retire the belts with the years of history behind them instead of just pretending as if both lineages were still active. I would say that the Divas Championship has the same problem, but the Women's Championship was also a joke, and anything that removes Moolah's taint from a title history can't be all bad.
So, I guess the answer would be CM Punk for the top title, Daniel Bryan for the World Heavyweight Championship, and the Attitude Era for the other belts.

This is definitely a minority opinion, but: All of them, all the time. This is mine as well.

Cm Punk, ignoring the Del Rio reign. And Edge. I respected it when Punk had it on Smackdown, around the time he was messing with Hardy. The summer of Punk. I didn't care for his last title reign at all even tho he held it for over a damn year. But Edge for sure was the last time I truly respected the title. Edge was super awesome when he first got going with Lita.
