"We're sorry, raw is not ready yet as the writers are still arguing on the internet on who should win/be on the show/be pushed/be fired" written on a black screen for three hours.

I doubt it. I think it would hold steady, if the production values, time slot, etc. remained the same. I think WWE is a brand that transcends individual angles and performers. That said, I don't believe the ratings would increase dramatically either.

Well I guess it'd depend on which smarks you'd put in control. Not all smarks were created equal.

"Smarks" as in the "Brodus sucks, he's a travesty to the sports, I want to see Daniel Bryan and Chris Jericho wrestle a 60 minute match with 50000 slight variation of armbars and a clean finish" would ruin the product.
IWC members such as Mondays Raw crowd could probably book an awesome show

It would crash and burn.
Now if WWE hired the IWC to attend all their shows....

As one IWC favorite would say....
Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes.
And don't say that the crowd on Monday could do a great show, half of if would probably be random people showing up followed by the crowd humming hotel california.

even if their ideas were as stupid as WWE's worst, damn near every wrestler on the roster would have SOMETHING to do to fill in those times between Cena and Punk appearances, which is all that really matters

Wrestling would likely get canceled. Like forever. As one IWC favorite would say.... Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. And don't say that the crowd on Monday could do a great show, half of if would probably be random people showing up followed by the crowd humming hotel california. But that sounds like a great show!

No show would be dismissed. A guy like Zack Ryder could be on Superstars every week, but if people actually watched it, instead of dismissing it as "the jobber show that no one watches", he wouldn't whine and bitch about his spot.

In a RAW where HHH gets a minimum of 45 minutes of screentime, smarks get the book for one show.
Hilarity ensues.

Based on the fantasy booking I've seen in these threads I'd probably stop watching for the first time in over 20 years.

Smark Consensus. Hive mind and all that.
But, hey. I get it. Smarks are stupid and should stop it because they're stupid. Stupid smarks.

See none of you are looking at the bigger picture. This comes down to Smarks vs. Soap Opera writers.
And its a pretty even match.
-Both sides seem drawn to melodrama. -Both sides have a habit of remembering unimportant details from years ago. -Both seem to be perfect for wrestling but somehow don't click with it too well.
And most importantly, both sides know what it's like to get screwed by a spiteful Vince McMahon.
THAT'S your WrestleMania 30 main event.

Every match would end in a draw, because everyone knows that one loss means you're buried.
No one would promo, because saying one bad thing about someone means they're buried.
There would be no heels because every form of heat would be labeled as "cheap" and the writers wouldn't allow it.
Fandango's theme would be the new RAW theme.
Each show would only feature 3 matches, because they would all be 45-minutes "classics".

It'd be about the same to be honest.
A group of writers all trying to make a 7 hours of story happen each week?
I'm amazed WWE even knows who is fighting who at this point.

Of course it would, it would be like the final years of WCW because the IWC is not the hivemind it's critics seem to believe it is, everybody has their own ideas. Different people want different things from a wrestling show so it would be a hot mess, with backstage disagreements aired in public and people who some aren't the bigget fans of getting depushed at random, crowd reactions be damned.
