The whole thing... what with the song being sang somewhat similarly and the dance being exactly the same, makes me wonder if it was started by a few of the Brit contingent there and based off the dance that some football fans do when their team scores to the song of Tom Hark - Pirahnas. It can be seen at most darts matches too, I expect it originated there too but I'm not 100% sure on that (the tune is chase the sun).
