So, Hernandez and Chavo Guerrero, aka the Latin American Meh-xchange, aka L-Ame-X, aka Los Jannettys, aka the Not-So-Mexicools, aka Dammit Why Aren't Bad Influence Still World Tag Team Champions Of The World, were saved the ignominy of having to never team again when they won their two out of three falls match on Impact. So...yay? Is this the end of the feud? Who do they move on to feud with next? Aces and Eights (no doubt represented by Garrett and Wes)? Uh...uhm...a little help? Anyone?

Personally, I wish Bad Influence would get another shot but I'm assuming they'll keep feuding with Roode & Aries until they split up for good. As fun as TNA has been to watch lately, they really need to beef up the tag team division. This is why it sucks so bad for Alex Shelley to be out of TNA now because I'm pretty sure by now, we would've had an awesome feud between Dirty Heels & Motor City Machine Guns.

WWE should loan TNA the PrimeTime Players. It's not like they're using them.

As much as I don't care about Super Legendary, I think having them as champs is the right move because there's way more heel teams in the company, with Bad Influence, Dirty Heels, and Aces and Eights coming to mind.

Terrible. Not only the choice to give them the titles but employing them.

I don't mind Hernandez, he plays his part which is the muscle who can pull out a flashy move now and again perfectly. It's just Chavo who can either turn heel or get the f*** off my screen.

Are there even any other face teams in the company right now?

Are there even any other face teams in the company right now? Erm...Magnus and Joe are on and off? Other than that even though I'm not sure it counts, no there is not.

Los Jannettys should be the official name for this pairing. The pairing wouldn't be so bad if Chavo played the comedy guy and Hernandez was the straightman who refuses to encourage his antics, but proud Mexican legend Chavo just doesn't work. If I wanted to watch a guy rambling about tradition in front of an audience that doesn't care that much, I'd watch an amateur production of fiddler on the roof.
The only upside to this is that at least they won't be using Aries/Roode or Bad influence to put over Wes and Garret.

They should just sign Nese, Cameron, Lince Dorado and Puma full time and have them be tag teams.

Not a fan of Mex Lax at all. Chavo just isn't quick or fluid enough of a partner to be a good foil for Hernandez, and Shawn really needs someone who can accentuate his power.
On the subject of the tag division, I'd like TNA to do a Joey Ryan - have two guys on Gut Check, who both get a "no", and then team up to force their way into the company. They really do need to start bolstering the division more now.
Also in line with the current Kaz/Daniels/AJ storyline, a new Freebirds would also be something I'd have no objection to.

They aren't a favorite but I don't mind LA Mex. Chavo is a solid worker and Hernandez is the prototypical hot-tag guy. Do hope Bad Influence gets back into the championship picture.

I was hoping to see Hernandez and Chavo split complete with LAX reunion but I guess this sounded better to TNA.

I was hoping to see Hernandez and Chavo split complete with LAX reunion but I guess this sounded better to TNA. That was a one time deal. Homicide is retiring at the end of the year. I think that has a lot to do why they didn't split them and keep them as LAX. I wish for LAX but with Homicide retiring soon I get why they didn't.

I'm just puzzled as to why that needed to be a 2/3 falls match, when the first two falls came in the first two minutes, and then the third fall was as long as a normal match.
Also, can't wait until Chavo and Hernandez drop the titles to Garett and Wes.

That's exactly why I wanted it, Cide is retiring and LAX is legitimately one of my favorite tag teams of all time. Between that and the ONO reports, it made perfect booking sense to me to at least do an LAX mini-run. Who knows, that might actually sell some PPVs.

I rather they keep Magno and team him up someone else from Lucha Libre USA if TNA is so determined to have a Hispanic tag team. Hernandez can't speak Spanish and can barely cut a decent promo. His best qualities are tossing people around and looking like a bad ass. Chavo is the corniest muthaf***a in wrestling today. And they got no chemistry with each other.
