I mean it probably hasn't been AS long as it feels, but it does feel like we haven't seen one of these matches in a while. The Shield will probably win the titles soon, but say they weren't going to, this could be a way to get the titles off of Hell No. Teams that could be in it:
Team Hell No Prime Time Players Primo & Epico 3MB Tons of Funk Team Rhodes Scholars The Usos The Shield
That's 8 legitimate teams that could end up being in the match if they wanted to do one of these and I could easily be forgetting other possible teams too.

Well eight teams is enough, but if you wanted to add more, you could throw pair off the low card singles guys and throw them into the mix. Santino & Khali could be a team, then pair Ryder off with either Gabriel, Riley, Yoshi, or Bateman), and maybe a combination of JTG, Otunga, McGillicutty, and/or Hawkins.

Wow, it's wierd to think the WWE actually has 8 tag teams at the moment that's probably more teams than they had during 2000/01 aka when the tag division was at its best

They will probably lose the titles to Cena and Ryback, or whoever Cena is feuding with that month.

It would work if they actually made some teams look good besides Hell No/Shield. I'm really disappointed with the way the tag division has turned out. It started so good in the fall, and has gotten pretty bad.

Sheamus and Randy Orton would probably win.

They've gotta get the belts off of the super teams at some point.
I think the best way to do it would be to pair up an upper carder and a jobber. Like a combination of say, Miz/Riley, Jericho/Ryder, etc. The uppercard guy's role would be to give his lowcarder partner a slight rub by associating with him, while the lesser guy's role would be to keep his uppercard partner "in check" and keep the team from becoming too over-powered.
