Has anyone seen this?
I just watched it and it's not half bad.

I like the trailer, it feels like I'm going back in time but not that far. Looks kinda funny, kinda heartwarming, kinda not that great, but it's about wrestling so that helps.

Courtney Rush and Cherry Bomb are both in this film. Not sure what other workers are. Courtney's also in Monster Brawl, which came out around the same time.

is it an accurate portrayal ala the Wrestler or made by people who don't know a wristlock from a wristwatch like Slammed!?

The girl has just finished high school and thinks she can just show up at an event and be a wrestler. And she does! becomes woman's champ no less. I'm glad someone recognized Robb Wells. There's a few other TPB cameos. and Rob Wells pretty much plays Ricky if he used to be a wrestler. It's filmed in Newfoundland.

Looks interesting. As someone who really wasn't into The Wrestler at all, it's kinda nice to see a more upbeat movie about it.

I love seeing the TPB show up in random stuff like this and Goon recently as well.
