So I was watching the local wrestling promotion in the Carolinas and the main event featured Lodi and Sick Boy. They look pretty healthy but I wonder who were the other members of the Flock besides them and Raven? Also, could you sell me on Lodi and Sick Boy? They both look to be solid wrestlers, yet I have rarely seen them wrestle before. What were their best matches as individual wrestlers? Lodi Sick Boy

Honestly I can't sell them. Because they where both jobbers in WCW so they don't have that stand out match. The flock outside of Raven and Saturn where used as jobbers. Some became successful after they broke up. Here is the flock and what they became.
Saturn: Several time champion in all three companies. WWE, ECW, and WCW. Part of the biggest Radical jump (With Benoit, Malenko, and Gurrero from WCW to WWE). He outside of Raven had the most success.
Lodi: Was used more as a "cheerleader" for the flock with signs. After that he tag team with Lenny Lane. Which became well Billy and Chuck before there was Billy and Chuck. Again they where low card jobber to the stars.
Riggs: Former Americian Male with Buff Bagwell before Bagwell went NWO. Became one eyed with Raven drop toe hold him into a chair. After that was around with a pretty boy gimmick in 99. Then was gone then showed up in ECW as RVD friend to rival.
Reese: Big guy who was the Yeti before hand and nobody knew that. Didn't go anywhere. Used to wrestle in the indies and Big Ron Studd. and yes had a Big John Studd gimmick.
Hammer: Long run in WCW as Heavy Metal Van Hammer. Then post Flock became a hippy, Had a small push in 99. Then became Major Stash when the MIA formed. He didn't last long before being released.
Horace: Hulk Hogan Nephew. He joined the NWO (B-Team). Still was a jobber and didn't go far. Didn't have anything that Hulk had.
Kidman: Got a push in the Crusierweights. Became champion as well as a Tag Champion. Went to the WWE and got fat. Works with the WWE backstage now. He was married to Torrie Wilson.

you forgot Kidman. His biggest success after The Flock was nailing Torrie Wilson.

I know that Lodi still regularly wrestles in the Carolinas but I did know that Sick Boy is still wrestling. I thought he quit wrestling after spending all those years doing dark matches for WWF.

During the Flock run, I think the only guy in the building who was on camera as much without ever actually wrestling was Doug Dillenger. Lodi got more active once the West Hollywood Blondes gimmick started, but as a fairly rabid Nitro/Thunder watcher, I thought for years that neither of them ever actually had a match on either show. Turns out I was wrong, both had about 3-4 during the Flock run, but somehow I missed them.

Only things I know about them are Lodi is one of the guys that when I hear brought up people seem to like him and Sick Boy was JR's pet forever and day. JR would gush about him in his Ross Reports and talk about him being the next big star, then the Katie Vick stuff happened and people seemed to think he was going to be brought in based on his real name being Scott Vick.

Not to get too off topic but judging from that picture Lodi looks a lot better now then he did a couple of years ago. Because if you go to his wiki page and look at his profile picture he looks at least in his early 50s when he was only 40 when it was taken.

Lodi was a solid hand in the ring. Nothing more than a lower midcard guy who usually did jobs to Midcarders but he was a fun character. Definitely more interesting than the lower midcarders in the big time today.
Sick Boy didn't do a whole lot he's most known for the Flock and even in the Flock he was just a big goof that people beat up. I believe he made his money and got out of the business though which is good for him.
The best matches for Lodi and Sick Boy is interesting. Lodi had some decent matches with the Cruiserweights like Psychosis and Juventud Guerrera if I remember correctly. Sick Boy I remember having a decent match with Benoit on a Nitro I watched somewhat recently.
As for the rest of The Flock Kidman and Saturn were most successful but Horace went on to have a feud with Hulk Hogan and Hammer/Riggs had mega pushes in 99 so they weren't all flops.

I remember Sick Boy was very green. There was a running joke by one of the reviewers at the time (CRZ?) about how his only move seemed to be that springboard back elbow.

He.... made a good lackey.
He..... never won a match as part of The Flock.
I.... I got nothing.

Lodi was very good at playing the annoying comedy heel, he got squashed a lot, but it was still fun to see! I liked him as the sign guy, thought his pairing with Lenny Lane was fun in all it's incarnations, from the West Hollywood Blondes to Standards and Practices. As S&P, they gave the world Stacy Kiebler in glasses and a suit, looking fantastic so deserve some kudos for that.
