You know the part that made be laugh was you quoting Boilerroom instead of me it was just funny in hindsight that you were telling Boilerroom what you wanted to tell to me. As I said don't worry about me I don't need to talk to anybody I feel a lot better.

To be honest, the idea of a large The Fairly OddParents game has been constantly popping into my head. I'm thinking of doing that game before I do TV Mafia II.

Alright so myself and Hawk Jefferson have hatched the idea for M*A*S*H Mafia. We've got a list of roles/abilities down and would like to get another opinion on the setup. Anyone available?

You could always show me I plan on taking a break from mafia games for awhile and I've always wanted to be in the no about someone elses set up before they start their game.

I'd say direct most of these abilities and roles to Triple H buried SnS. He seems to be doing a great job keeping this together, much better than I have. To the people who have sent me PMs too, if you want a *much quicker reply from somebody, send them to SnS as well. Just let me know if you do, so I know that you did and I'll give you a second opinion and skip ahead to the people who don't first. I think they are MrBRulzOK - Jazzman - Dub H ... and I'm not sure who else, but I think there's more.

Just so we're clear, it's totally cool if we run a game with basically two GMs, right?

Yep, two GMs is fine. A lead GM and a back-up/Co-GM is pretty normal to have.

Probably gonna wait until I get my personal life smoothed out before I start any of my mafia games.

Getting a forgery error... so can't edit the OP. Will get to it soon.
Gus, I'm going to put yours down into the currently absent, just let me know when you want to be re-added to the queue.

Avatar Mafia is now in the books. So I assume Cageking is next on the docket.

Is waffel or produceman ready to host? I'd like for new hosts to try their hands first if at all possible.

If Hawkeye and I shake a leg we could probably have our game ready to roll a little after TMNT wraps up, if no one else is running a game.

I just realized that a good way to get a a setup checked is by adding both SnS and myself as participants in your PM thread with your mafia game setup.
He is much quicker than I am at responding, but I can also add any additional advice afterwards. Also, I believe Single H is next, but we're talking with him now to get him sorted.
Edit: Everyone, could you please let me know if you've already gotten someone else (such as SNS) to look over your set-ups? If so, I can relax knowing you guys are already good instead of worrying that I still need to respond or check set-ups. I know I haven't been timely, but at least let me know. Please?
Heck let me know if you haven't done that either. It's just for good book keeping.

Would anyone complain if I said I was working tentatively on doing a Dr. Who themed mafia? Not anytime soon, but I have ideas, and this is the only place I would run a game. I'm probably going to play another few games before I do anything, but yeah, throwing it out there. I would assume it would be somewhere from 13 to 15 players, but it's still in beginning stages. And you don't need to understand the theme, I'm pretty sure mafia roles explain themselves anyway.

Has anyone considered doing a game about a wealthy family that lost everything and the one son who had no choice but to keep them all together? If not, I'd love to take a run at that After M*A*S*H.

This is all great and cool guys! Your themes are fine.
Stuff look like its getting set quickly due to this new system, thanks to the new V5 features and the valuable help from SnS who is always prompt.
Double/Single H is ready and set to host the next theme for large games. Others are being checked as well. Thanks for coming to us Brad, as I may have actually lost your Pm somewhere under my completely stuffed PM inbox and didn't remember it, as seen in my previous post above.

I will come out of retirement for this one. I kept meaning to ask if you'd seen the new season yet or not, so we could figure out how I'm a total Gob.

I'd be up for DW and AD Mafia games. Hell yes.
For that matter, here's what I'm thinking as far as running games myself:
First, I get my feet wet with the bare basics with Plain Ass Mini-Mafia. 9 players, no power roles, no theme. Quick, simple, and dirty.
Then I kick things up a notch by doubling the players to 18, adding power roles, and having a theme. Just a thought CL, but I once considered a DW Mafia myself. Maybe a team up? Throwing that out there. We both might benefit from working together. You getting back into moderating and me still getting used to it. If you're interested shoot me a PM and let's get planning!
And then I go for my hopeful Magnum Opus: DC Comics Mafia Crisis. 36 Players. Can it be done? I hope so, but it will obviously require new players.
In fact, if I may be so bold, what if we had periodic Mini Mafia games expressly set up for recruiting new players? Could be an interesting way to expand the pool for all games. Give new people a small taste of the fun, thus creating demand for more and bigger games.
