Um... when Fandango was talking to, and dancing with, Jillian, I felt kind of uneasy. Am I the only one who thought he sounded a little... rapey? Johnny Curtis has always been rapey. That's his main appeal.

This thread seems to get posted every f***ing day. Why can't people just look at the youtube likes and work it out for themselves? Because youtube likes are an outdated and unreliable barometer. I just perused the twittersphere to see what they thought of Fandango and here are some of the highlights: This is the same social media site that features people not knowing the Titanic sank, whining because they got a different tablet instead of an iPad, and claiming conspiracy theories for every tragedy. I think YouTube is more sane.

Because youtube likes are an outdated and unreliable barometer. I just perused the twittersphere to see what they thought of Fandango and here are some of the highlights: Twitter is full of hipster haters. YouTube is more relevant IMO. Maybe even YouTube comments. Twitter is an example of "The loudest voice isn't always the most popular one." There's quite a few VERY vocal young people on there, but those same kids don't appear at live shows in much (if any) concentration. Despite their massive presence on twitter, they play an even smaller role in the goings-on of WWE than we do.

On topic, Fandango was trendy and in the immortal words of Phil Anselmo, "The trend is dead". I believe it was pronounced dead at somewhere between 8:00 and 11:00pm Monday night. Seriously, the crowd response was poor compared to before. Maybe next week will show differently with another crowd. Honestly speaking, I was going along with the tune the first couple of weeks, and last night I really didn't feel it. I started halfheartedly, then just thought, meh. Don't feel like it any more. That is when I realized it's over unless they do something different NOW.

Wow. I'm amazed by how many people can't just have fun in the moment and enjoy Fandango while he lasts.
