Find a past reincarnation of yourself and give them advice for the future. What age of yourself do you go back to and what do you tell yourself? You can't give lottery numbers or spoil future events, you can only give them a piece of advice.
I'd go back to myself at around 11 or 12 or so and tell myself to not be so down on myself all the time. I'd tell myself that my low self-esteem is completely baseless and that I'd be proud of the person I turned out to be.
What would your message be?

Can I give myself a sports almanac? <___<
I'd probably tell myself to lay off the junk food, and talk shit back to bullies. Would've made the first couple of years of high school quite a bit more bearable.

Would have gone back to Grade 7 and told myself to stop being an easily cowed, gullible twerp. Fight back against the bullies and call the teachers ut on their f***ing hypocrisy.

Nov 11 2010. Do not tell your wife you are falling apart. Deal with it and love her, don't forget what she means to you.

I would go back to the first time I got laid and walk in on myself and the girl and say "I just want to wish you both, good luck, we're all counting on you" just to confuse myself and the girl.

Well it would be nice to be selfless and say I'd go back before September 11th, 2001.

There are too many options, but a Wrestling related one would be May 23, 1999 - Owen Hart.

I'd go back to 2003 when I inherited $24,000 and force myself to invest in Apple.

I'd go back to 6th grade and tell him to man up and admit that he likes the girl I liked back then.

2005 Big Day Out - Melbourne.
I will tell myself: Don't see The Chemical Brothers.. They are good, but you will have plenty of other times to catch them again over the next 7 years... Seriously go see 'The Beastie Boys' instead... Trust me, it will be your only and last chance to catch them!

Oh, and another, when an attractive girl asks 15 year old me if he'd like to come in for a drink, as her parents aren't home, I'd tell him to answer with something other than "No thanks, I'm not thirsty."

Find out what the winning lottery numbers were the week I go back, and give them to my younger self.

Easy. Act as though I'm from a post-apocalyptic future, and tell my past self that he's the only hope there is to save the world. That should turn me into a badass, with a bit of extreme nutcase thrown in.

Go back to 2010, while I'm browsing online classes.
"Don't bother with Medical Transcription, a whole bunch of software is coming out that'll make that obsolete. Look into the Medical Billing class. And keep checking again and again until they've finally merged Medical Coding and Billing into one class."

One of three things.
-Telling my 7th grade self to not worry about your first major crush. That it's just the puberty talking, and even though she is COMPLETELY beautiful, she'll just reject your offers and is most likely dead today since I have tried looking her up and can't find a thing on social media.
-Telling my 9th grade self to actually try and take a class or an activity throughout high school. To not go through school without doing anything important or fun.
-Telling my 3 week ago self to actually tell the truth to your girlfriend and admit that you had an urge to look at other women/porn when you promised to her that you wouldn't again. She would have been a little upset, but she would've understood and helped you, and you wouldn't have had to crawl on your hands and knees to get her back, plus you wouldn't have to had to go through you having suicidal thoughts for only the second time in your life.
Actually, scratch 3 weeks ago, and move it back to Christmas. Tell myself that I should just learn to understand, communicate properly, and not leave her hanging on a low note, that things will be tough since you are 500 miles away. That you will both be alright and that she was going to have plans to move up here this year and possibly marry you by the middle of next year.
