No, they are not getting back together.
I have noticed that Wikipedia and other sorces list the nWo Elite as being the 'nWo Reunion'. However I do not recall the group ever being refered to as such. Was this term ever actually used on TV or is this something fans just made up? I only recall them being refered to as the 'nWo Elite' and "nWo Wolfpac'.

Also, wasn't the Giant a part of the nWo B-Team at the very beginning?
I know his last match in WCW was against Kevin Nash and I know that when he lost Eric Bischoff said that Nash was the "true Corporate Giant" (in reference to the fact that he was going to the WWF to join the Corporation). Now Bischoff was never with the Wolfpac until the 2 nWo's merged as the "nWo Elite' and I'm pretty sure the Giant was in the nWo at this time so that means he was either a member of the Elite or the B-Team and I'm almost certain he was with the B-Team. Am I crazy?

He was with the nWo black and white for about a day after the nWo reformed. He had a match (his last in WCW) to determine which of the two would remain in the nWo, and obviously Nash won. So, yeah, he was in the black and white but it was before they were established as the b-team.

The Giant originally joined the nWo in September of 1996, something like two weeks after his loss to Hogan in Sturgis for the title (where they hilariously threw Hogan's birthday cake on the Booty Man). He was then removed from the nWo after he won the World War III sixty man battle royal to earn a title shot. When he started asking about his title shot in January-ish, he was then booted out of the group. So yes, he should be considered a member. As for the incident we're discussing in this thread, I don't think that qualifies him to be a member of the reformed nWo, since he was, for all storyline intents and purposes, a probationary member (as was Nash, if I recall), and lost the match to become a full member.
