I'm more concerned of who is the Orson Welles of the wrestling universe Idiosyncratic, creative idea man whose work behind the camera was more significant than what he did in front of it, although he also had strong roles in both his productions and others... a tremendous influence on others in his field, at least from a style/design perspective... never lived up to his potential because he couldn't manage the business end of the industry, leading most of his projects to stuggle along in development hell or get taken out of his hands... had no problem making a buck in later years by appearing in all sorts of idiotic crap... and really, really fat. Yeah, Paul Heyman. Heyman's never done voice overs on power metal albums though

So that would make Punk Paul Newman. Redford was only tolorable when he's paired with Newman. Same goes for Cena when put together with Punk. I'd rather say that Punk is a lot like Dustin Hoffman, at least Hoffman during the New Hollywood era. - A performer with incredible range, constantly changing from one distinct character to another. - A performer who, when playing a character, thoroughly invests himself into the role. - A performer with a lot of charisma who isn't just not afraid to take risks but thrives on it. - A guy who is undeniably a star but is seen as being a star of narrower appeal or lesser magnitude than the Redfords of the world. - Someone who's mere presence creates an interest for me in whatever they happen to be appearing in, even if it's alongside people who would otherwise detract from a neutral curiosity (All The President's Men with Redford/Three Hour Raw with Cena et al).

I'm more concerned of who is the Orson Welles of the wrestling universe Bret Hart. all he's missing is the alcoholism and embarassing second career as a serial endorser of products.

What did we learn today class? Newman=good, Redford=Cena, Noooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo. Can't take more than 1 Cena, entering spontaneous combust mode.

Yeah, Paul Heyman. What's the wrestling equivalent of a old man voicing Unicron? Geez, where to start? I'd go with Saba Simba, Greg Valentine as one of HBK's "knights," Hector Guerrero as the 'Gooker, or Golga just for starters.

Yeah, Paul Heyman. Heyman doesn't wrestle, Welles was an actor. It's Kurt Angle dammit.

Now to a different comedic acting who could sometimes do drama, who would be the Dick Van Dyke of wrestling?
