I still haven't seen Winter Soldier Best Marvel movie ever, and my 2nd favorite superhero movie ever, just behind Superman 2.

I will say this: Marvel did Superman better in this movie for 5 minutes than DC in an entire movie. Kind of a pet peeve thing but it's not really DC making the movies. It's Warner Brothers that handles everything. It's different than Marvel Studios where it's pretty much run and managed by mostly comic people with Disney letting them do whatever. Warner Brothers ain't hearing that noise.

I don't understand the criticism of how he was just causing damage with no regard to the people in the buildings or below. Zod was creating the majority of the damage and he wasn't going to let Superman go to an isolated location either.

Zod was creating the majority of the damage and he wasn't going to let Superman go to an isolated location either. Most of the criticism I've seen is that Superman killed Zod. Now, you and I realize that was the logical conclusion but it doesn't fit with the Superman we've known for more than 75 years. Has he ever killed in that time? Yes, he's killed Zod in comics and movies in that time. No, the director's cut of Superman 2 doesn't count. Zod got thrown in a pit to his death.

I think Chris Evans deserves some real props for proving there's still a place for the "boy scout" superhero in Winter Soldier, and the Marvel Cinematic Universe in general, in a Hollywood where the heroes are either dark and gritty or deadpan and snarky with little in-between.

Superman saved the WORLD in Man of Steel.
I get the criticisms, but it's true.

Hell, this was straight up execution.

How DARE you let logic get in the way of DC bashing {Spoiler}{Spoiler}This is a joke BTW Also in the DCAU Supes wanted to literally kill Darkseid (he died anyway due to Brainiac's ship exploding) and let Apocolypse burn.
