That's pretty wild, it will be interesting to see how many other big names start jumping ship due to the Reebok debacle.

Way Dana was talking it seems Benson def made the right decision for himself. A stated above it's going to be interesting to see what names jump out of UFC to secure a better deal elsewhere. Nothing for UFC to panic about at the moment but these moves could get some momentum behind them sooner or later.

"He's a former world champion who's ranked No. 15 now. We're looking for top-5 guys" After Ben's last fight at LW he was ranked Number 5, the only reason he's at 15 now is because his last 2 fights have been at WW(both of which he won)

For all UFC does to promote it's image as the most legit, competitive MMA company in the world, they do a lot of carney/pro rasslin type stuff too.

Benson's getting an immediate shot at the welterweight title.

Rockhold/Weidman II set for 199. & what is the purpose for this rematch. I understand Weidman was a good champ but that shouldn't be a qualifier for a rematch after how hurt he got.

I figured that would be the match once Romero got popped. Not the deepest division at the moment, tbh.

Another February main event is down as Tim Means is out the bout with Cerrone due to a drug test failure.

Oy vey.
Meantime, guess how Rafael Natal, his girlfriend, and his brothers celebrated his win over Kevin Casey?
They went to the Times Square McDonald's. Really.

May's Fight Night card in Brazil looks to now be UFC 198 with Werdum vs. Miocic headlining. Still will be in Brazil.

According to Dana White on "The Neighborhood" show, Ronda Rousey is expected to return in November of this year.
So... discuss? The longer she's gone, the better for me, at least, but it's gonna hurt UFC 200 because he can't capitalize on Ronda, and it's also likely to hurt Rousey's mystique if she's inactive for so long.

Zombie Michael Jackson hasn't been told that CM Punk has to look strong with hype trains being derailed left and right in the UFC nowadays.

I read about this earlier elsewhere. Most surprising thing is how upfront Jackson was about everything. It makes him come off as having more integrity than some others involved in the Punk project.

I think really the more she's gone the more she won't miss the sport. It will be like Gina Carano all over again. Ronda is a competitor and i'm sure she wants Holly again but in that same token she feels vulnerable as well. Hollywood will continue to throw stuff at her so if she continues that route she will lose the combat passion.

Story making rounds Jon Jones could be in trouble for violating plea agreement from his hit and run last year.

JDS vs. Rothwell set for the Croatia card. How crazy that nowadays no one would probably be surprised if Rothwell won.
