[img src="http://i4.tinypic.com/4xw3iwm.png" src=" " alt=" "] The reaction to that always seemed really moronic to me. He just looks like he's smiling nervously at his peeved boss. It never read as anything but an in-character moment. Apparently he was a huge dick backstage, but he'd never have been pushed at his size at the time even if he'd have behaved himself, so really, it's everyone's fault. I don't even think he got in as much trouble as the dirt sheets wanted you to believe... I mean they made fun of it when they did the exact same scene a few weeks later telling him to keep smiling. I don't doubt that London rubbing people the wrong way played at least part of why he's not in the WWE... that and they generally didn't push Cruisers at all really until semi recently.

And SO glad that BOTH London/Akio matches were on there. There were actually FOUR matches between these two on Velocity! In fact, these could easily be my picks for the top 4 Velocity matches ever: 12/4/04 - Paul London def. Akio 1/15/05 - Akio def. Paul London 2/12/05 - Paul London def. Akio 3/12/05 - Paul London def. Akio

I miss cruiserweight matches. With 7 plus hours of programming I don't know why the WWE can't find time to put Cruiserweight matches again. They have the talent in both the main roster and in NXT, plus some prospects scouted, to make it work. Anyway, if they ever push thru w/ the cruiserweight show Velocity would be a good name for it. Maybe call it Terminal Velocity or High Velocity.

Good to see the London/Akio matches get their dues.

I was shocked to see Ultimo Dragon made the list twice. And I would've raged if London/Akio hadn't been on there in some form.
