{Spoiler}The show started with Crimson talking about his undefeated streak. He said that "one blemish" sent him home for a year.
Joseph Park d. Crimson in a BFG series qualifying match.
Magnus d. Kenny King, Rob Terry and Matt Morgan in a BFG series qualifying match. Magnus is way over with the crowd.
For reasons I can't quite fufure out, they are suddenly filming a match for Xplosion.
Chris Sabin d. Robbie E.
...And it appears we're back to Impact.
Velvet Sky calls Mickie James to the ring. She shows Mickie a clearance form her doctor and demands her Knockouts title rematch. Mickie claimed that the form was fake, then kicked Velvet in the knee. Mickie is in full on heel mode.
Bad influence d. James Storm and Gunner in BFG series qualifying match. Kazarian got the pin.
Hogan comes out. Hogan says that it took everything he had not to beat Bully with the hammer "last week." He said he sent Bully home. He then announced five BFG series contestants: Samoa Joe, Hernandez and Jay Bradley.
Competitor 4: Jeff Hardy. Jeff comes out and cuts a promo. Competitor 5: Bobby Roode. Roode and Jeff go back and forth.
Hogan says next week is a "fans pick the matches" Open Fight Night. Out comes Bubba, who says he's unbeatable. Hulk says that the Aces & 8s get one spot in the BFG series, to be determined via a battle Royale. Aces and 8's hit the ring. Roode bails.
Austin Aries d. Eric Young in a BFG series qualifying match. ODB made a cameo. Great match.
Sting came out to a huge reaction. He recapped Slammiversary. He said he lost because Aces and 8's is a family. The only way to beat them is with a family of his own: The Main Event Mafia.
Ken Anderson wins the Aces and 8's BFG battle royale. This was full of wacky hijinx, until Doc decided to fight Anderson instead of take a dive. The rest of the guys look pissed.
AJ Styles d. Kurt Angle. Fantastic match with a couple of crazy spots. Aces and 8's ran in towards the end. AJ left Kurt high and dry. Rampage Jackson made the save.[/spoilers]

A Mafia of 2 isn't much of a Mafia, Stinger.

So AJ gets his win back and Angle is out of the BFG Series. Interesting.
This frees up Angle for Aces and Eights or Rampage at BFG.

Well they can maybe get Steiner back to join Angle/Sting, and who knows what Nash is up to these days. All you really need is four. Samoa Joe and Matt Morgan are options too. More likely Samoa Joe though.

So...
-Joe -Hardy -Magnus -Park -Hernandez -Styles -Roode -Aries -Kaz -Daniels -Roode -Anderson -Bradley
Make up the 2013 Bound for Glory Series. Hmmm, probably would have gone with Angle or Storm instead of Joseph Park, but its not a bad list.

More likely Samoa Joe though. I'd be shocked if Steiner returns to work with TNA and Bischoff/Hogan. I guess Nash is possible but I thought he was under a WWE holding/Legend deal.

Kevin Nash: Useless Booker T: In WWE Scott Steiner: Anti-TNA
How exactly are they gonna pull this off, and why is Sting referring to the Main Event Mafia as his family? They kicked him out and he feuded with them.

So... -Joe -Hardy -Magnus -Park -Hernandez -Styles -Roode -Aries -Kaz -Daniels -Roode -Anderson -Bradley Make up the 2013 Bound for Glory Series. Hmmm, porbably would have gone with Angle or Storm instead of Joseph Park, but its not a bad list. You know, I'll give TNA credit, I could see half of them winning it no problem which is pretty good for a wrestling tournament. Joe: Still over and if they do the Sting/MEM thing, they could have him be the guy of the MEM taking out Bully Hardy: Ongoing feud Magnus: Always seems on the verge of breaking out so he could win it and have this be his break through. Plus still has issues with Aces and 8s Park: Reveals the obvious and wins the belt to finish off the 2 or 3 year feud with Bully. Styles: Got his whole "Me against the world" thing set off in part by losing all title shots until BFG. Anderson: Power hungry and want the belt/control of Aces and 8s.

I see Kurt/Rampage/Someone else (Magnus?) Vs Anderson, Bischoff and Brisco at BFG methinks
Sting reforms the Main Event Mafia, Pretty cool I'd hope it's him, Nash, Joe and a couple others.

The Main Event Mafia?
That didn't work out the last time. Why is it going to be good idea this time around?

Roode is on there twice. Round Robin's have been done with 3 people before in ROH.

Realistically, I think only three guys on the list have a shot at winning: Styles, Joe, and Park (assuming he turns into Abyss). My money is still on Styles as the "can't go for the title until BFG" storyline and subsequent character change was likely done on purpose for the whole redemption angle, but I could see Park/Abyss winning and wrapping up the Bully storyline (I hope not though as I can't stand the Abyss character), and Joe is always a possibility given how strong his character has been booked since last year's BFG Series (plus he is feuding with Aces and Eights). I think we can rule out Hardy since he has faced Bully three times since April and he won it last year. I like the list this year. I would have liked Storm and Angle in there, but they likely have different plans for Angle this summer heading into BFG (possibly with Rampage) and Storm is one half of the tag champs, so it is understandable.

He can take the baggage of being the guy to finish the series with FIVE POINTS BRO.

Nah that will be Hernandez or Bradley. Hernandez because Chavo will cost him some matches, so we get Chavo vs Hernandez at BFG. I think it comes down to Park vs AJ.

I really can't see Joseph Park winning the seven or eight matches that winning the series would require, at least not without him actually going full Abyss.

I don't really watch TNA that much but why bring back the mEm? Correct me if I'm wrong but the only people who are still there are: Sting, Angle and Joe. It's not like mEm was that memorable of a stable such as the nWo or something...so what makes TNA think people will care? I'm just wondering. That group has been gone for what...4 years now? I'm surprised they aren't bringing back Immortal/THEY to face the bikers. A lot of former members are still on the roster compared to mEm.
