I'm sure Charizard will mostly have the same move set as Brawl, just with a different down B and a different Final Smash. That doesn't mean he'll play the same, just that he'll have mostly the same moves. As long as the rock smash is still there. That move was killer in Brawl. Helped me win boss battles easily.

so something I've been meaning to ask... does Greninja have his tounge wrapped around his throat like a scarf? Yes. I don't even know what Greninja's mouth looks like with its tongue completely in it.

yeah, I though it was a scarf at first... then noticed the color and figured I'd ask

So anyway, here's who is left from Brawl that hasn't been announced for this game, save for Pokemon Trainer who I think has been cut. (Has NES Remix come out? If not, this could be where they are revealed) (I'm sure he's in...Waluigi had the Wario logo this time around rather than the Mario seies) (Probably cut for a new F.E. character) (Halbred's back, I'll be surprised if Metaknight isn't back.) (VERY iffy if he is in or not) (Mother 3 isn't new anymore, VERY iffy) (One of the original 12, probably safe) (To me, questionable due to the idea of the custom move sets, thus Fox could get these moves without the need for him.) (See Ness) (I may be in the minority, but I want R.O.B. back. Dunno if he will or not) (With the "Pong" assist trophy, I can't see G&W being cut) (REALLY needs a new moveset, but I can't see him being cut) (An original 12, but if any one of them gets cut, this is the one) (See Falco) Any disagreements with my assesments?

NES Remix vol 1 is out. Nes Remix vol 2 is coming soon. Also I never really played as Rob but I always liked seeing him I still kinda hope to see Tetra (especially now that they don't need to add the swap function for her.) but since Sheik and Zelda are in as separate characters they might decide the Zelda Series has enough characters with Two Links, Two Zeldas, and probably Gannon.

I may have said this before, but Samurai Goroh's presence as an assist trophy leads me to believe Falcon will be back.

Here's my take on all of the remaining characters from Brawl.
*Ice Climbers: OUT. Sakurai commented about the 3DS being a technical challenge for certain characters early on. The size of the roster shouldn't be a problem (nearly 45 shouldn't be too bad), but the way characters operate is. This is why Olimar only can use three Pikmin instead of five (more perplexing since he'll be using seven different kinds of Pikmin), why Charizard is a playable Pokemon instead of being part of the Pokemon Trainer (whom it replaces), and why Zero Suit Samus and Shiek are seperate characters. The Ice Climbers are two characters that operate as one, and the fact that they can seperate made them a unique character. But, to ensure the 3DS has the exact number of fighters as the Wii U version, Sakurai has shown that the team made sacrifices, and this may be one.
*Wario: IN. The Wario universe has been established, and it's been fleshed out more with Waluigi being added to it. If Captain Syrup or any critter that has appeared in any of Wario's platforming games (Wario Land I-IV, Virtual Boy, Wario World, and Shake It!) appear in this game, he's set.
*Ike: MAYBE. The two Smash Bros. games that featured Fire Emblem fighters have shown Marth and The New Guy. Roy was replaced by Ike, so there might be a possibility another male warrior replaces Ike.
*Lucas: OUT. Lucas was added since Mother 3 came out recently in Japan prior to Brawl's announcement, and Lucas was intended to be Ness's replacement, but fan demand saw Ness return. Since EarthBound finally got added to Western Virtual Console services, it's proved altogether who the true Mother represenative is. *Ness: IN. See Lucas.
*Captain Falcon: IN. Samurai Goroh's an Assist Trophy. Why shouldn't he come back?
*Meta Knight: MAYBE. I know that sounds crazy, but even with Halberd returning, there is a slight possibility Meta Knight doesn't come back. However, I hope he does.
*Ganondorf: MAYBE. If Ganondorf's just gonna operate as a slower version of Falcon yet again, he doesn't belong. If Ganondorf's moveset is overhauled to combine power and speed, he should get a chance at redemption.
*Mr. Game & Watch: IN. If "Pong", of all things, can get in this game, why shouldn't Game & Watch?
*R.O.B.: MAYBE. I'd like to see it appear, but R.O.B.'s problem is that it was so reliant on the Subspace Emissary for it's role in the game.
*Jigglypuff: OUT. Jigglypuff has the lore of being one of the 12 original fighters, but if you wanna sacrifice something, this is one. Brawl destroyed Jigglypuff's reputation, and if you want to use other Pokemon, Greninja might be taking Jigglypuff's spot.
*Wolf: OUT. The problem with the Star Fox characters is that, with only minute adjustments to stats, they all play exactly the same (same moves, similar recoveries, and same Final Smash). However, I'd like to see Wolf in this game if Doc Louis makes comments during the fight, since both are voiced by the same guy in English.
*Falco Lombardi: MAYBE. See Wolf, but if there's a guy who might get an adjustment in his moveset, it may be Falco, to where he's more of a kamikaze-type fighter.
*Snake: MAYBE. Kojima got his wish from Brawl, but I'm not sure if Snake will make it back. Hopefully he does, so we can have a Final Third Party Brawl where the player fights Snake, Sonic, and Mega Man in a scenario.

To counter-point this, they may have found a way around those problems, considering how Rosalina and Luma are a similar yet slightly different team (Ice Climbers always, unless you're really good with them, following each other).

This confirms Galaga! ...wouldn't this suck for some if this was the only Namco-Bandai addition to the game?

Speaking of Namco-Bandai though, someone pointed this out in a video, but does the new Final Destination give anyone a Soul Edge/Soul Calibur vibe? ...Yoshimitsu for playable (since he's both those series and Tekken, so why not)?

Valid argument about that. I mentioned them as "out" because the Ice Climbers were a character he commented early on. However, I don't know if they'll treat Rosalina and Luma as combined characters, or that the Luma is treated like a Pikmin.

It can be shot out like a Pikmin, but it has its own moves like an Ice Climber.

There is that vibe with the stage, considering how the stage resembles both parts of the Soul Blade. Plus, Yoshimitsu is one of my favorite characters from both those series, so why not? However, I'm still going to have Isaac as my #1 character. Also, Zelda has a Spirit Tracks-based move where she controls a Phantom.

I kinda figured Pac Man would be the Namco rep, if any. Yoshimitsu would be cool, though. Although, if I had a say, I'd chose Mokujin as a Tekken character. On the technical side, there are way too many non-humanoids in Smash for Mokujin to work the same way as Tekken, but it would be fun.

Wasn't Mokujin that robot Pac-Man used in Street Fighter X Tekken?

Wasn't Mokujin that robot Pac-Man used in Street Fighter X Tekken? Yeah, he had a Pac Man head in that game. Usually he has a tree stump for a head with a flower or a bow.
