We've all been there. There is a show that you liked as a child but watching it as an adult doesn't give you same feeling as it did as a child. I mean it can still be enjoyable for nostalgic purposes, but other than that, it isn't AS good as you remember it. One example is "Bobby's World." When I watched the "90s Nick" video from Ukinojoe a while back, it cracked me up when he said "It was a good show!" Maybe I am just over-analyzing, but when I watched an episode in recent memory, I think when that was said in the video meant that the show doesn't hold up at all. I mean I liked it when I was a kid, but the show has not aged well one bit.
Another show, which I am really sorry to say, is "Kenan & Kel." I can still enjoy from time to time, but there are some things that when watching it now that don't sit well with me. I didn't like how later on they made Kel into a full-blown moron and the fact that Kenan gets in so much trouble at his job that I am surprised that he has never been fired. Of course, shows like that are never realistic and are made for kids, but still.
Any examples on your end?

Doctor Who. Now it's all about the assistant and not the main character.

80s Thundercats when it aired on Toonami I realized how shoddy the writing was in a good amount of episodes. And the voice work absolutely doesn't hold up. I'll watch an episode occasionally because it's really just very cheesy at worst, but it's definitely a different feeling than when I watched it when I was little.
What's sad though is that it is legitimately much better than the remake, which relied too heavily on contrived coincidences and plot devices.

All the Marvel cartoons of the 90's. I even liked the Iron Man one back in the day. Today I recognise how they all look awful, sound awful and are much more dumbed down than the DC cartoons of the same decade.

I loved 'Captain Power' when I was little, but I saw a few eps on YT and it looked like complete crap.
And the X-Men cartoon looked horrendous

The 80s Transformers and GI Joe. Yes, there were occasionally the rather well-written episode, at least on the Transformers end, but I really can't argue when people call the original toons formulaic and purely toy-driven.
Also, an awful lot of Nick live-action shows haven't held up either. I mean along the lines of your Hey Dudes and Salute Your Shorts.

Gundam Wing. loved it when they first ran it on Toonami, picked up the dvds a couple of years ago, tried to watch it several times and there are just waaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too many long, boring monologues about war and battle

Challenge of the Go-Bots.
I used to watch both Transformers and Go-Bots as a kid. I had both of the toys. I recently watched an episode of Go-Bots on youtube and it was AWFUL. Horrible drawing of the characters (Screwhead for example) looks like his face was drawn my a mentally challenged chimp using Mario Paint. Cy-Kill looks incredibly lame and the rest aren't any better.
No wonder why Transformers was more popular. Megatron looked like a total badass. Galvatron looked pretty cool. Cy-Kill looked laughable compared to those two. I'm not even going to get on the subject of Scooter...Good Lord.

Even in the non-UC stuff like Wing, it tends to be a commentary on war.

I almost don't want to admit that I liked Family Matters as a kid, but I did.

ReBoot's animation has not held up well at all. Still think the writing, especially for seasons 2 and 3 were great though

I''ll be honest, while it isn't terrible, the X-men mid-90s cartoon doesn't hold up very well, especially when you put it next to Batman: The Animater Series.

It's funny how "Batman: The Animated Series" can still hold up now, whereas other superhero cartoons can't.

I've found a lot of the 90s Marvel shows to be much cheesier now, but still entertaining.
Saved by the Bell on the other hand, yeesh too corny even for me.
