"We'll be talking with new WWF champion Stone Cold Steve Austin...." before the match even took place Ah, WrestleMania XV. The first WrestleMania I saw live.

I liked when Heenan dropped the F Bomb on a Nitro when Pillman was messing with him.
And the incident where Vader said "S**T!" on a Clash of Champions right into the camera.
And interview in the AWA years ago when the guy being interviewed forgot who his tag team partner was.
On a WCW Nitro when Scott Hall and the NWO were cutting a promo in the ring. One of the fans threw his drink cup and it hit Hall square on the top of his head, spilling down over his hair. He just smiled and slicked his hair back like it was supposed to happen.
You know, good stuff like that.
Oh, how could I have forgotten the Clash of Champions where Booker T from Harlem Heat was talking on a cell phone during the entrance. The announcers were going on and on about their mystery manager, it was supposed to be a secret. Then they flashed the graphic up on the screen; Harlem Heat, with Sister Sherri, letting the cat out of the bag before the match.
And my personal favorite, the Bischoff/Zybyzsco match on a PPV, where Scott Hall loaded Bischoff's karate boot with a foreign object. Bischoff went for the kick and you could see the object go flying out into the crowd. Brett Hart as the special guest referee even watched it go sailing out in the crowd with a WTF? look on his face. Zybyzsco still sold it like he was shot, though.
Good times.

Not really as mistake so much as Flair being the god he is. Summerslam 2004 when HHH was fighting Eugene. Flair got sent backstage and dropped the F bomb 7 times. I remember him wrestling someone and catching them from crawling out of the ring, very audibly saying 'not so fast motherluver'. that was the rock...he was going for a tag I believe
