So we already have an awesome TV Win/loss record thread, but I found a pretty interesting site that has statistics going far back, and taking into account house shows. That seems kinda possible, but I guess it can be done with enough research. Anyway, I thought it'd be cool to just show who's wrestled the most this year in terms of pure matches. The win/loss records are hilariously skewed due to house shows and faces dominating those, but here's a list of who's been put in the ring the most this year. It also seems to take into account the post RAW dark matches.
www.wrestlingdata.com/ As a slight warning, I don't know how they update, but everything is pretty current, and I don't know if they've already put in Smackdown results, so if you're not wanting to get spoiled, don't go into the actual results.
NXT is also searchable under independents, but it seems that the NXT house shows are separate from the TV results which are under WWE, so you'd have to search a specific person to get the real number.
You can search anyone by year and see how they differ, even by month. Kane, for example, is pretty damn consistent for being in WWE for so long, with not that many injury breaks. And according to the site, Ric Flair has wrestled the most matches ever.
Top 20 Superstars - Sheamus had the most matches last year and is ahead by a couple this year. Since there's no split and he works Smackdown alot, plus dark shows, you can see how he racks up the matches. Cena's usually near the top, but they've cooled him down on TV matches, but he just barely makes the top 20 due to house shows and dark matches. Only 2-3 guys per year seem to crack the 200 match mark in WWE.
