So Randy Orton makes more in one month than what most guys on the roster make in a year? I like Randy Orton but that seems very weird especially considering that veterans like Christian and Kane probably aren't making anywhere near that kind of money. I"m sure they are both at least pulling in over a million a year but that just seems odd. Actually, I wouldn't be surprised if Kane and Big Show, both of whom have been with the company and fairly high up the card since the 20th century, are making comparative figures.

For everyone's information, for the whole duration of their marriage, Sam did not have a job until only recently where she started some sort of small business (which Randy promoted on Twitter months ago). And it's true, being a wrestler's wife (or being any athlete's wife for that matter) is the worst. Some of the super-protective wives join them on the road and even if they're not there, they make friends with the backstage crew to get dirt on their husbands.

I'm pretty sure if my wife was bringing home as much money as Randy is I'd be a stay-at-home Dad as well.

You have to figure that Orton probably has merchandise perks as well as pay-per-view bonuses going into the total they listed here

Remember- that list posted earlier of what the wrestlers get money-wise was only downside guarantee (that is, if they get injured). All of them likely make more as they all would get some of their monies from merch (I would guess everyone gets ~.5-1% with certain ones getting more; I remember Trish Stratus got about 10% bonus), PPV's, and general ad fees.

She is getting a decent amount, she wont have to work again.. Does Randy get custody of the horses in the shed ? Honestly, she better have a job. If she got a lump sum payment of $600K+, that's not going to go very far, unless she invests. Think about it like this, Randy makes $3.5 million a year, he pays $55K in child support per year, and she got maybe $700K worth of assets, cash, etc. He's still making $2.9...$2.8 mil. So then you look towards next year and the child support doesn't even make a dent. He made out like a bandit on this. You just hope Randy is one to save his $. yes those finances sound absolutely horrible, who can live on $55K a year in a house they don't even have to pay for?

Yes, he actually made it out alive with a good deal of the money he has earned for himself. Good for him.

Nearly $3.5 million per year...And he's one strike away from losing it all. Realistically he's on his 12th or 13th strike

I can just picture his wife on all fours in front of the couch as Orton backs up into the corner of the room getting ready to give her the punt while his dog barks.

Weren't the Hardys among the most making bank during the height of the attitude era?

Do we know how long Orton has left on his contract, or when he signed it? Only, $3.5m is a lot of money for a guy who is no longer one of your main-event stars (and FWIW, I'm a big fan of the guy). I bet the WWE would love to get out of that deal. He signed a 10-year contract during the peak of his popularity with a $1000000 downside which means, they have about 7 years left.
