I'll have to vote for ROH, I only got into ECW after it closed down.

I go for ROH as well. ECW had amazing atmosphere, booking and innovative, insane spots but I prefer great wrestling to any of that. Sure, ECW had some wonderful matches but too many of them involved a very boring "lets brawl around the ring and into the crowd" period

No Ofense to ROH fans, but ECW is the american FMW, so ECW wins.

It's like this: without ECW there wouldn't be ROH. That being said, ROH is all of my favorite parts of ECW nicely rolled into a soft shell taco.

ECW because it was a fun product for most of us in the NorthEast when we had to find it on at 2 am. And it was great until WWE let all the poser fans in with their DVD's. (Yeah I said it!)

I still have my ticket from the event in Buffalo when Stevie almost broke his neck. I loved ECW...but right at the end it just spun out of control. ECW tried to get to big to quickly.
Which is why you wouldn't have ROH without ECW. Gabe had to learn the mistakes of ECW so that they couldn't be repeated with ROH.

ECW.

I won't deny how great ECW was for a period of time. But when I watch ROH, it's the closest thing to the perfect wrestling promotion for what I want to see.

ECW. When other kids in high school were marking for Stone Cold and The Rock, I was coming to school talking about Taz and Rob Van Dam.

Old ECW was great so I vote for that. Current ECW is the lame

I lived for ECW. Everything about it got me into hardcore wrestling. While I would take RoH over WWECW, and WWE in it's entirety. I can't take it over ECW, which truly was a lifestyle for me.

I absolutely love what is being done with ROH. I loved the original ECW. Each are perfect for their times, so I have to give the edge to ROH since it still exists and (hopefully) it's best years are to come. As long as Gabe stays the course he's on, it should grow naturally and avoid the problems that helped destroy ECW.
That walking abortion on the Sci-Fi channel doesn't even get any consideration.
