Iron Man's armour has been "magetetic-proof" almost since he was created. except in those rare times when he and Magneto are on the same page and suddenly he isn't. Well, last time they fought, in that travesty of a comic called Avengers vs X-men, he was magnetic-proof. Hah Akeem and I posted the exact answer seconds apart. Nice. Great minds think a like! I just want to know why Batman doesn't take the Joker out back and put a Bat bullet in his brain? Surely killing one guy that has killed tons of people and will kill tons more wouldn't violate his personal code. Why doesn't Superman just kill Luthor? He's got quite the body count. Because it would piss off the fanboys. |

Why doesn't Superman just kill Luthor? He's got quite the body count. post-Crisis he only killed the Zod and Kryptonians from another dimension, and after that vowed never to kill again (another reason I was totally cool with the Man of Steel movie ending). pre-Crisis Supes just didn't kill. I don't know bout any new 52 stuff. |

Eh, if Luthor really did have such a powerful instrument at his disposal he would just use it in the theft of icing covered baked consumables, I'd wager he'd be able to steal about maybe forty percent of the hundred or so kept at the Metropolis bakery. And that's terrible. |

I just want to know why Batman doesn't take the Joker out back and put a Bat bullet in his brain? Surely killing one guy that has killed tons of people and will kill tons more wouldn't violate his personal code. Batman's code is almost creepy OCD on his part. it's totally understandable why he hasn't. why the REST of the world hasn't, though is another question entirely (it's one of the reasons Stormwatch got turned into a cosmic team; if they were on earth with their door tech, Midnighter could just port to gotham and kill the Clown before he even saw him coming, and then disappear before anyone knew what happened). I haven't read the comic, but apparently Batman actually SAVED Joker from The Punisher before. ...it's stupidity like that which will keep my comic reading to a minimum. *Goes back to reading the entire (thus far) Archie Mega Man series.* |
