Eric Escobar, the guy Tyler Reks remembers to feel better about himself. Jackson Andrews is jealous of both of them. I don't know how long he was in developmental for, but I think he was only on TV twice. I believe one of those appearances was him standing behind Kidd at a podium. Maybe the Slammy's? On that note, when was the last Slammy's. I always hated that every single wrestler would bring the trophy out to the ring. It was fine for a guy like Owen who incorporated in to his gimmick, but otherwise it was f***ing stupid. The Dundie's are more impressive to me.

I remember him having a terrible squash match against Jimmy Yang, almost main eventing Bragging Rights, and then losing for a few weeks babyface nobody liked.

Escobar was a good wrestler, i felt he wasn't given a proper chance to show his stuff. They used him to showcase vickie, not the other way around. He didn't even get a finisher, he'd win via vickie distraction. I saw him wrestle at AAA's last ppv, and he was a solid wrestling heel, i just felt he never got a fair shot, like alot of talent at that time.

I remember he was one of those guys that WWE really liked at one point and were getting ready to call him up to ECW for the longest time but they kept delaying it.
He at one time was one of WWE's bests prospects along with Chett the Jett

He at one time was one of WWE's bests prospects along with Chett the Jett That tell you where WWE developmental was at during that period. Popular internet rumor was Escobar was a spaz and that played a major part why he did not get a main roster sop for years & why he later got released.

I think originally it was the Basham's, then one Basham got hurt and the fill in was a rotation of Escobar and Derrick Neikirk.
