Remember when Matt Morgan wanted a title shot at Lockdown this year but Hogan said "No brotherdudejack, that's not happening." and he gave it to Bully Ray instead? Besides being a dick move, Hogan inadvertently set up the moment Aces & Eights had been planning for for months leading to all the terrible stuff that's happened since. Not only that, when Matt Morgan called him out on this dickishness, Hulkster refused to answer for his crimes and then a few months later, Matt Morgan was fired. The f*** is that TNA? Should've just let the Space DNA of TNA take his shot at Jeff Hardy instead of being all nepotistic and giving Bully Raymond Hogan a chance.

Bad enough Hulk refused to admit his failure but he emasculated Morgan for calling him out on his bullshit logic.

Why not give it to one of the guys that competed in Hulk's little tournament to find the number 1 contender?

For once I'm on Hulk's side. Anything that keeps Matt Morgan off my tv screen (and especially out of PPV main events) is welcome to me.

Why would he give the man who stole some of his stuff a title shot there were other people that could have been better suited

Did Hulk ever get his cape back? Or is Matt Morgan wearing it to the unemployment office these days?

Poor Morgan couldn't ever catch a break in 2013 TNA.

Why not give it to one of the guys that competed in Hulk's little tournament to find the number 1 contender? That was the whole point, though. Hogan had a moment of weakness and gave the match to his "son-in-law" despite Bully not earning it. Hulk referenced how he made a big mistake after the fact (except to Sting for a few months, inexplicably). The Morgan storyline was a huge waste of potential. Maybe that sums up Morgan's career in general.

Given how idiotic Hogan looked during that angle I am amazed he wasn't turning heel. Let's review: Hogan books various matches for guys to impressive him and vie to be #1 contender. Hogan ignores the matches themselves and puts his son-in-law (who was sorta hurt) in the match instead. Bully of course turns heel and reveals himself as the leader of Aces and Eights. That's like going out of your way to be a moron.
