Before vacating the IC title after Wrestlemania 6, Warrior cut a promo with both belts. Always thought it sucked that the build up was "title for title" and then he immediately vacates the IC title after winning the world title. Nice to see at least this one promo where he has both of them and acknowledges the importance of the IC title to him one last time. www.youtube.com/watch?v=FjnR-4SFV1c

Here's a rare one: AWA Champion Larry Zbyszko vs USWA Champion Kerry Von Erich, title for title. The date is wrong on the video, Kerry was already in the WWF at that point. www.youtube.com/watch?v=h9YDd85PyFw

www.youtube.com/watch?v=ORNvuj2SP04The Undertaker vs. Marc Mero from February 1997 I was watching at the time, but have no memory of this at all. Mero was still a babyface and working under the Wildman gimmick, and obviously, Taker was still in the midst of a years-long face run himself. Match ends in a double countout. I've always heard they were looking to turn Mero heel in time for WM13 to face Rocky Maivia for the IC title. Perhaps this was the start of that? Either way, it's just really bizarre to watch.

They brought it up a few times on RAW over the following weeks, so I'd say so.

I don't know if I'd go as far as to call it outright terrible, but there's a definite lack of chemistry hindering the whole affair.

That Mero-Undertaker match had a background story in Raw magazine about how Sable was supposedly possibly turning to join the dark side. The writer (Russo, obviously) kept referring to her as The Black Cat. 1997, I love you, but that is a terrible idea.

I could see this as one of those ideas that Russo pitched by saying "bro, nobody would expect it" and everybody else in the room responding with "yeah, there's a reason for that".

Tiger Mask, Tatsumi Fujinami and Kengo Kimura vs. Dynamite Kid, Bret Hart and Greg Valentine in a 2/3 falls match in Japan on July 31, 1982 Part 1 - www.youtube.com/watch?v=BdnFSlAGtV4Part 2 - www.youtube.com/watch?v=hzl6EBp3kikAn altercation and somewhat of a match between Rockstar Spud (Drake Maverick with Bon Jovi's "Livin' On A Prayer" as an entrance theme, and who I must say, is extremely entertaining here) and Nikki Storm (a more subdued Nikki Cross with a Chipmunks version of Beyonce's "Single Ladies" as an entrance theme for some reason) - www.youtube.com/watch?v=MEBHju8C-BU (Language/"mature content" warning)

Saw this tidbit from Jacques Rougeau's wiki:
I don't know which is more awesome, the one-time amalgamation of the Fabulous Rougeaus + The Quebecers, or the one-time trio of EDGE, MEAT & SALVATORE SINCERE!

So if not for Dean Ambrose last night, this would've been the baddest heel move I'd seen in the past 24 hours:

Razor originally had long tights I wonder if Vince's thing for legs had anything to do with this change. Wasn't he the one who pressed the Miz to switch to trunks because he thought his legs looked good and he shouldn't be hiding them?
