Razor originally had long tights I wonder if Vince's thing for legs had anything to do with this change. Wasn't he the one who pressed the Miz to switch to trunks because he thought his legs looked good and he shouldn't be hiding them? I was thinking about that too. I also wonder why the need pads didn't match like he normally does with his gear.

I may be wrong but the AWA Superclash 3 was the first major show to feature a bra and panties match in a battle royal. When I think about Bra and Panties I don’t think it’s what Verne Gagne wanted to promote.

Koko B.Ware faces Rick Steiner on Mid-South/UWF TV and J.R sings his own "version" of Morris Day's "The Bird" when they cut to commercial, yikes. www.youtube.com/watch?v=2fU_VfOZ55o

The locations of WrestleMania 7, 17, and 27 do not exist anymore. I'd be worried for the eventual location of WrestleMania 37. (Incidentally, I've now got a Corrupt-A-Wish for wrestling: "WrestleMania 37 to be held at Fenway Park". )

I’m listening to Polish Joe Ciupik in the 605 superpodcast and apparently Verne Gagne booked Stripper oil wrestlers to shoot some shit for the team challenge series hahaha. Verne the purist.

Didn't know that Hulk Hogan was actually in attendance with Cyndi Lauper when she won at the 1985 Grammys!

There was no carpet down at the time, but the dirt was there. It was amazing just looking at the sheer size of it. I can only imagine what it was like when it was play ready and people were in there.

The "Lost" Madison Square Garden Royal Rumble of 1994:www.youtube.com/watch?v=Oxpyp9IxPy4Quality is dicey camcorder, but it's cool to see something like this. And check out who wins! Oh, what could've been.

Oh, what could've been. Been years since I've seen this. Wow, thx for posting. I'd argue this was kind of better than the Rumble match we got, although before I get to watching it again (I will when I get home) IIRC there were a LOT of quick eliminations in this version, which got annoying after a while.

Gonzalez also wrestled Savage at house shows I wish there was footage of these matches. I kinda wanna see if Randy was capable of doing the impossible and getting even a passable match out of the big lug.

I kinda wanna see if Randy was capable of doing the impossible and getting even a passable match out of the big lug. I bet he could do it. He was talented enough to make pretty much anyone look good (much like Bret Hart could).
