They once teased a Hulk Hogan vs Giant Gonzalez feud...and The Smokin' Gunns were there too! Gonzalez also wrestled Savage at house shows I have 2 responses to this pic: 1) Hogan was going to turn heel, team with Gonzalez and feud with Smoking Gunns? 2) why didn't Hogan V Gonzalez happen? Because they gave up on Gonzalez after The Undertaker feud showed that he was awful in the ring and could barley move. Also by that point the "Hogan vs. Monster" thing had been played out anyway.

I really don't get why they didn't give Gonzales some He-Man style furry trunks. The costume would have still been wacky, but it'd be a whole lot less puzzling than the way they opted to handle the ass and crotch.

Here's a rare one: AWA Champion Larry Zbyszko vs USWA Champion Kerry Von Erich, title for title. The date is wrong on the video, Kerry was already in the WWF at that point. www.youtube.com/watch?v=h9YDd85PyFwThe date of this match is June 22, 1990 and Kerry was USWA Texas champion at the time.

Savage vs. Gonzalez made it onto a Coliseum Video, but one that I don't think is on the Network.
The Gunns are in that Hogan-Gonzalez picture because it's the aftermath of a MegaManiacs-Money Inc. lumberjack match.

A long time ago I watched a WWF Coliseum Home Video tape where one of the matches was a battle royal with Andre The Giant. He made the final 3 of that match, and among the other 2 men, one of them really wanted to fight the other one-on-one, so Andre walked out of the ring and eliminated himself. Anyone remember said match?

The Snowman won the title from Jerry Lawler four days earlier in Memphis.

Anyone remember said match? I'm pretty sure you're thinking of the two-ring battle royal in Detroit, where Brute Bernard is dumped out by everybody into ring 2, then he eliminates everyone else who gets thrown into the ring with him, then Andre steps aside in ring 1 so that Bobo Brazil can face him one on one. That's part of the PM Dawn library that's seen numerous home video releases and airings on ESPN Classic.

I really don't get why they didn't give Gonzales some He-Man style furry trunks. The costume would have still been wacky, but it'd be a whole lot less puzzling than the way they opted to handle the ass and crotch. Vince wanted him to look muscular and he wasn't, so the suit was his solution.

Razor originally had long tights I really like the look, it's much more intimidating. But I guess they wanted to exaggerate the gold and the vest he was wearing to play to the Latin thug gimmick so trunks made more sense. It was the gold and the vest that were the primary apparel pieces. And after all flashy Latinos of the 80s were all about speedos. Anyhow vest doesn't look good on tights too conflicting, I think Jake the Snake is perfect example of that.

Tans to this day joke about Ric Flair elbow-dropping a jacket, yet in 2010, the Raw Anonymous GM storyline featured Edge elbow-dropping a laptop computer, in addition to headbutting it and hitting it with a chair, in the hope his attack would hurt said Anonymous GM, oy vey.

Danny Hodge can still crush the juice out of goddamn apples and he's in his 80's. Why is he doing it in what appears to be a court of law? Was he sued by an unbeliever? "Oh, that Danny Hodge and the apple crush bit? Yeah, I'm gonna sue him for being a liar about that!"
