I was watching NXT on Hulu for the first time and I really liked him. He has a great look and seemed to be really over with the crowd. I don't really hear his name mentioned all that much when people are talking about guys who need to be called up. I know he's working on his PHD, so maybe that's why he is still there, but he's been there a long time.
Also I think he might have my favorite Titantron video, it looks like opening credits to a 90's Nickelodeon kids show. You can see it here at about 0:37:

Consequences Creed was one of my favorites in TNA, so I'm looking forward to him getting called up.

I think he finished that PHD, didn't he? Heard that was the reason they weren't using him that much. Hopefully it changes, I like the guy. Consequences Creed was a better gimmick though, the 90s kid thing is fun but it's a little obnoxious, and I'm not sure it has that much staying power.

I'll be honest, out of all the guys who ever passed through TNA who the WWE wound up picking up, Consequences Creed was probably the last guy I ever imagined would wind up being worth anything to them. But watching his work over the last few weeks as Xavier Woods in NXT and I've definitely started seeing this guy as a future major player with the company, even if only put in a Kofi Kingston/Gateway between mid-card and main event type position on the card.
If nothing else the fact that they announce Angel Grove, CA as his hometown makes him awesome.

Here is that African-American star we kept hearing that WWE wanted in dirt sheets a few weeks back. Dude looks amazing, great character, more then capable in the ring. Can't really think of a flaw he has. One of my highlights of NXT and I expect big things when he makes it onto the main roster.

I'm not going to lie. It was funny to see the "WTF" look on everyone's face as they were staring at his Titantron playing in the background...

That fro and stache alone has main event written all over it.

IT'S MORPHIN' TIME!
I want him versus CM Punk in a feud over what time it is.

similar to Zayn, big time charisma, very marketable to kids and adults (nerds/smarks) alike, able to back it up in the ring
Xavier is only 26 btw
