Just look at the guys who participated in that segment...Hogan, Flair, Piper, Savage, and Undertaker. Back when all of them could still wrestle. The talent roster in the WWF from 1991-1992 was incredible.

I always thought they rushed the Hogan/Taker feud in 1991. I guess once Warrior left, they had to hot shot Taker to the main event scene.
Good segment. The Hogan/Flair seeds were planted so far in advance, it's a shame they never fought at WrestleMania 8.

Also, as a kid, that segment really made Taker stand out to me as a heel.
I mean, who else did we know during that era who'd go so far as to rip Hogan's cross with an air of "Where is your God now?"

God, Bearer was such a freak. But it was a great segment, for the period, certainly. I love how they blurred out the heavyweight title. Did they ever explain that on air?

I'm on dial up and the vid isn't wanting to load all the way for me. Is this the one where Flair says to Hogan "Whatcha gonna do...big man...when Ric Flair runs wild on you?!"
Because I still mark like a madman when I see that.

I've gotta give it to Hogan; when you watch clips from around that time, you realize that he certainly did carry an aura around him, giving a lot of moments "big match/angle" feels.
If he had had more feuds like that during the late 80's/90's, instead of what we ended up getting, especially during his face WCW run, I think he'd be remembered more fondly among fans like us than he is now. I guess it's kind of a "wasted potential" thing, I dunno.
But, again, this could've been a huge money angle for the WWF at this point, I'm convinced; the more I remember that era, the more I realize how uniquely Undertaker stood out from all the other heels going at that point. I know we always say "Look how ridiculous he looked, but he got the gimmick over!", but I don't think the gimmick is getting enough credit; for it's time and place, there was nothing like it in the WWF. Having someone pull it off as well as Calloway was just gravy.
