Any love for the Naked Gun sequels? I'm kind surprised that the sequel titles aren't memetic.
I mean... 33 and a third? Screw Electric Boogaloo, THAT'S what should have been popular.

I like the third one by virtue of Anna Nicole Smith being involved.

I've never been able to rank any of those movies, because I love them all equally.

One of the few perfect trilogies left. Thankfully that rumored 4th movie never got off the ground, which I wouldn't assume the best for it.
Certainly the third was by far the weakest, but the whole Academy Awards ending was hilarious. I still wish Geriatric Park was a real movie.

I think the first was the best, but I still enjoy the sequels and all 3 are usually required viewing for me when I find them on.

Tanya Peters: I could have two lovers. Frank Drebin: Kinky. But I like my sex the way I play basketball, one on one with as little dribbling as possible.

I thought the second one was better than the first but I did not like the third film at all.

Wonder how they were able to get the rights to the Star Wars footage for the intro on the third one. Not to mention how weird it looked thta Flyers players playing in what clearly is a very small arena.

I love them all. I still remember going with my parents to see 33 1/3 in theaters.

Great trilogy. I sorta wish for another but given Zucker's movies the last decade, I doubt they would've been able to make it right.

I order then 1, 3, then 2. TBH, the Academy Awards climax is the whole appeal of 33 1/3.

IMO 33 and 1/3 was OJ's comedic opus. (unless you count his recent cookie swindle)
They degrade, but they're still in another league compared to this present day Epic/Date/Hero Movie schlock.

Love them. All three are some of my all time favorite comedy films and I would love to thank Zucker for a very funny childhood.

Robert Goulet getting mauled by the lion at the end of 2 1/2 is maybe the greatest "brick joke" in film history.

Awesome movies. I've seen 33 1/3 with many, many additional scenes on TV and have never figured out an explanation as to why.
Kinda wish I could watch them all right now.
