A two-year old boy in China was forced into emergency surgery this week after physicians discovered that his unborn, parasitic twin brother's fetus was actually growing inside his belly.
The child's stomach had grown so enlarged that he had trouble breathing, prompting his parents to take him to the emergency room and doctors to conduct an MRI that revealed the shocking undeveloped fetus.
A lengthy procedure later and the eight-inch wide mass - with a spine, fingers and toes - was removed from the child's insides.
It had been taking up nearly two-thirds of the boy's stomach, according to reports.
The two-year old is expected to make a full recovery.
