The second pic isn't showing up. Looks like a typo in the IMG tag. I did go look at it, and I think there's a chance she doesn't like him.

Shit, that's the kind of stuff you'd see in a horror movie but thinking back to my childhood, I was definitely not forgiving of kids who harmed me myself. But from what you're telling us, this girl is being this aggressive for virtually no reason. It's really not normal for a child to not only intentionally break a classmate's arm, but then brag about it and threaten them when they're at the hospital, she needs help. Heck, it wouldn't be normal for an adult.

I will cell you so much. What the hell does that mean?
Er, I don't think I was a bully or anything in school...but if a girl wrote something like this to little kid me, I'd have confronted her and probably pushed her down. I was a pretty big boy.
Not many girls did though. I recall them making fun of me for my weight and for the friend I hung out with (who, admittedly is kind of a goof...a nice goof, but a goof none the less). I chased after them, but they just ran away, quit making fun of me, and I was satisfied and went back to my friends. Don't know if that's me bullying them, them bullying me, or what. Only happened like once or twice in my whole school life.

This girl is hilarious. I love that "I do not like you" is a question.
I wonder if Gay Bu ever came and baked with her?
Edit: Suspending a student for this is asinine. Tell her it was mean and explain the ideas of tact and general social skills. Comon.

She should have her home life looked at if that's how she composes a get well card. She seems deeply troubled.

Unless telling someone you're going to "cell them so much" is a threat. I misread the original post, sorry about that. With that said, taunting a classmate with a broken arm is still f'ed up, and "cell" is obviously a mispelling of "kill". If I were one of the teachers, I wouldn't want a kid with such blatant anger issues in my class until such issues are dealt with either.

I'm not sure it's time to break out the straight jacket just yet. It's highly possible she didn't even realize she was doing something mean. Kids sometimes naively do silly stuff like this without realizing the error of their ways.

I will kill you so much" is NOT a "kids will be kids" thing, it's not like she went "bang! you're dead!" during a game of cops and robbers, that is genuine hatred and I'm calling bullshit on her not realizing she was doing something mean. I don't see how anyone, even a child, can possibly threaten to kill someone without realizing what they're doing. I mean what, are the teachers just supposed to wave their finger and then let her go on? I don't think it's doing anyone a service to let her think she can get away with this kind of stuff and then she finds out when she's an adult that society isn't going to take this.

What she wrote is pretty malicious, and the type of thing someone at that age would have to be taught if it's absorbed and then repeated. This at the very least warrants a parent-teacher conference, if not alerting some sort of authority.

Forget that, who's naming their kids Gay Bu? That's what I was thinking. Sounds like a spin-off of the old FuBu clothing brand from the late 90's.
