Dandelion soda? Dandelions are weeds, who would make a weed soda? The Hutterites make dandelion wine as well.

Are you sure the import store doesn't have a bizarre view of what Americans eat? id check the clothing too. For all we know they think we wear tin foil sewn together by cheese string. Well the shop is the run by a couple who are ex pat Americans and their clothes are American brands that I couldn't get in 95% of local retail stores. What do you put in yours? And, if you want to get all weird, you guys have meat flavored crisps, like lamb and mint. They were good but we don't have that. Well down here we seem to like caramel in our chocolate bars but as far as lamb and mint chips their pretty meh and I think chicken is a much nicer a flavor when it comes to chips.

I like the chicken and waffles chips. They remind me of a sweeter version of old bay, a seafood seasoning (doesn't contain seafood but has stuff like paprika and garlic powder and is used on seafood like crabs as well as french fries) in the Maryland area, covered chips.

Why do so many of your chocolate bars have peanut butter in them??? Yesterday I went to an American import store that sells American food and clothes and when I went looking though confectionery section it seemed like the majority of chocolate bars there have peanut butter in them. Is there an answerer to this question is peanut butter in chocolate bars really that popular over in Yank Land??? Because it's an awesome f***ing combination.

My local CO-OP just started selling those Reese peanut cup things. Very nice.

When I saw the words "chocolate bar" I immediately thought about one of the local watering holes just off of Purdue University's campus called Harry's Chocolate Shop. I never went because I wasn't really a drinker when I lived there, but my impression is that they don't really have much in the way of chocolate available. In fact, chocolate does not show up once on their online menu.

English chocolate really lacks a good peanut butter bar (Peanut Butter Kit Kat is about it and it's kind of meh.) So when I was over in America this year I really appreciated the peanut butter chocolate the US has.

I tried peanut butter earlier. I did not like it.
Does it not taste good by itself? Was that a rookie mistake?

I'm british and spent the last 2 summers in the states.
I now hate Peanut Butter and the mere thought of it makes me sick
At first the novelty of all these new peanut butter varities of things I'm already familiar with was kinda cool, in hindsight it was a bad idea.
Also fyi "Heath" bars are labelled "English Toffee" but they are the same thing as Daim bars which definatly aren't Toffee they are an almond product and also not something anyone has ever associated with England apart from Americans I guess

I love the differences in food in all the places I've been. Blood sausage isn't something we Americans have here, but I liked it when I had it in England.

But my point is that the core of Heath is not what anyone in England would refer to as "Toffee" let alone "English Toffee" In fact you'd probably get tutted at a lot for suggesting it was even remotely related to Toffee This is what Toffee is in the UK:
