I'd build a solid cast of characters around Miz, all with varying personalities and motivations & styles & sizes, some allies, some foes and I'd attempt to tell interesting and thought provoking storylines. Or, as interesting and thought provoking as pro-wrestling can provide. While at the same time not ignoring the more cheesy aspects of the medium and embracing it, rather than treating it like the blemish that you have to cake tons of make-up on to hide like the WWE has for the better part of two decades.

I'd respect my audience's intelligence and try my hardest to maintain continuity too.

Book Miz like how old time babyfaces used to get booked. He gets his ass kicked at every show and every program ends with Miz being laid out. At PPV's we will relive the Umaga/Cena match where the Heel is on offense for 99% of the match and the Miz wins with a roll up at the end. Then the Miz gets laid out by the heel.
