And thanks to Waffel for posting the two contestants' song lists.

The judges have reached a decision for Sing-Off #12, held between Mr. B Natural: High Flyer and Murder Killingfield. The Save was not used. While the Season has progressed gradually over these last months, the contestant pool has dwindled down slowly but surely. We have just seven contestants left. Seven. I've mentioned how many contestants we've had in the past but that number truly hammers it home. Before you know it, we'll have a final four and then the Finale itself. The Battle of the Fans was a truly diabolical challenge and the teams rose to the occasion. The margin of victory was razor thin and two very talented new comers faced off in the Sing-off. The winner has truly earned this victory and may use this to get a tremendous amount of momentum on his side moving forward. Mr. B. Natural: High Flyer chose Alcatrazz's God Blessed Video while Murder Killingfield countered with Honey Jars by Bryan John Appleby. With a clean sweep, 3-0, the contestant moving on is... {Spoiler}{Spoiler}{Spoiler} Murder Killingfield!!! Congratulations! You floored the judges' with your sing-off pick! What an amazing song to put you back into the running for winning this Season of Fan Idol! Great job!
That means that, unfortunately, we have to say good bye to Mr. B. Natural: Highflyer.
Mr. B, I applaud the musical choices you've made throughout this Season. Much like Murder Killingfield, you've chosen songs from across musical genres, showing us, in particular, amazing metal music. While there is a great amount of strategy to this game, I respect people who stick to their music and play the game their way. You added a tremendous amount to this Season musically and gave us some fantastic moments, going deep into this incredibly hard competition.
Everyone, please give a hand to Mr. B. Natural High Flyer!!!

Dang it. Major props, B Natural. I hate seeing you go.
There is an impressive variety and long list of previously unused artists in your repertoire. Major respect for that.
(Tracy Lawrence, while that's not my favorite song of his, is still a freaking great example of how to show off musical depth of knowledge. You get major points from me for having that deep of a knowledge of a much maligned genre and Nine Inch Nails on the same list. Versatility!)

Good lord, though, you Seven. Looking at what you've all done in Past Seasons, it's like an All-Star version of FAN Idol at this point. And the new-comer to the mix this Season just sent an amazing song for the Sing-Off.

Fun fact, this is the 4th Elimination Sing-Off that Suave has survived over the course of the contest. He's beaten wadefan, Tyger, Widow's Peak, rad, and now Mr. B. And the last two were clean sweeps if memory serves.
I'm starting to think that if he can beat them, he can beat anybody.

Well, it was a fun ride while it lasted. Congrats to you, Suave Canadian Murder. I gave it my best, but you had me beat. I wish you luck in the coming rounds, friend.
And thanks, guys. This whole experience has opened me up to alot more musically. I'll definitely be joining back up next time around if/when there is one. And hey, Eighth place out of twenty-one ain't too bad.
Good luck to the rest of you as well.

Oh, I have no doubt that there will be other Seasons. There's just too much music not to be. One would have to come up with new rounds and categories, new game play elements, etc. but it will happen. Now, who's going to host and judge, who's going to play? I have some ideas but that will come in due time.
I've been hosting who knows how many rounds at this point, so someone will have to take over after this Season.
We've been going, what, over a year straight, give or take? Might be good to take a break for a while but, if the demand is enough, far be it for me to say what should be done and when, especially if we, like in this game, get another influx of new players. There are other games we could do, of course.
As for this Season, 3 pairs of songs out of 7 are in for Round 32: Teaching an Old Act New Tracks.

If it's any consolation to B. I chose your song. But was in too late for it to count as 3 votes is majority. Great songs on both parts!

Still waiting on the remaining three. Will send out pm's in a moment. As we wait (and keep in mind that weekends can be busy for people, so you're patience is appreciated), I'll reveal the theme for Round 33, the last Round that will ask the contestants for two songs. Three and above from here on out. As always, you can send me your songs now or wait until the Round starts. Round 33 is a FAN Idol oldie but goodie, one of the more abstract Rounds in the Game's rich history. Round 33's theme is... The Elements aka The Captain Planet Challenge Choose 2 songs to represent the Four Classical Elements, as well as the addition of Heart as represented in such media as Captain Planet and the Planeteers and Avatar: The Last Airbender: Earth, Fire, Heart, Water, and Wind.Songs can reference the Element in the title and/or the lyrics. The reference can be made directly, mentioning the element or a concept related to the element, such as rain or sparks, hurricanes or volcanoes, etc or indirectly, such as mentioning, say, kites for wind or the beach for water (and earth). For the purposes of the Round, you do not need to select two different Elements. However, in order for Round 32's winner to use that Round's additional song bonus, you must pick at least two different Elements.
