I remember when Taker vs. Festus was announced I f***ing lost it in excitement because the idea of World Champion Undertaker vs some overpowered comedy face monster was just so intriguing. And it was so well done, to; Jesse selling concern for the entire entrance, Taker taking Festus seriously and going right at him as the bell rang, Festus not knowing how to tap out, etc.
And then this year, an Undertaker who had only wrestled 1 match a year for years, not only does he compete this year in 2 matches, but he competes in a THIRD match against arguably the most popular member of the Shield. I'm not an indy wrestling fan, but I'm sure for a lot of people watching (the former) Jon Moxley go against the Undertaker was something they thought they'd never see (unless they fantasy booked a streak match). And yet, even my mind was blown that this match happened.
But in the end, Dean Ambrose was a serious threat from a serious faction, while Festus was some goof from a comedy tag team, so I have to with the Festus match, especially since Vickie used it sort of as a desperate attempt to punish the Undertaker.

Ambrose because Taker was still more or less full time when he had the match with Festus.
Infact, him having a match against Ambrose with his limited schedule is what tells me Ambrose will have the most succesful career out of The Shield.

Festus just because that match was better than it had any right to be.

for me it was Undertaker vs Dean Ambrose because I saw this live and because at the UK Raw taping only a year earlier that I also went to, Dean Ambrose wrestled in a dark match. So it was mind blowing to see how far he had come in a year.

3rd Option
Kozlov beating Taker clean on a Smackdown (I think it was a few weeks before mania too)

Taker once squashed Drew McIntyre when he was still the chosen one.
