...that Rob Van Dam is actually on the WWE Roster and actually had World Championship matches on PPV for a little bit.
Because I completely forgot all about him until today.

I just remember him like last Saturday. It's only been like 2 months but the WWE has almost erased him from existence.

I was thinking the same thing. What ever happened to RVD?
It sounds like we're all going on a road trip to Cleveland...wherever the hell that is.

Oh yeah. The whole return was a little strange. I didn't really enjoy it as much as I thought I would, being a pretty big RVD fan, and not because he was "TNA sloppy" or anything...just how the whole thing was so underwhelming really.
I mean he had okay to pretty good matches, and he really wasn't anywhere near the levels of "unmotivated" or "sloppy" that a lot of people around here were convinced he would be...but he didn't exactly blaze anything up.

Hopefully when he returns he interacts with Kane and has matches with Punk and Bryan.

I'm fine with him being gone for a while. No reason for him to be on TV at the moment, and he's good to have around when an opportunity for fresh competition arises. I think he has officially entered the "always over" status of someone like Jericho that come and go as they please.

Since he works in 90 day intervals, I think they'll negotiate a return from Rumble to Extreme Rules.

ROB VAN DAM Sometimes he's on the show
ROB VAN DAM When's he back, we don't know
Got a sweet gig, working part time Then disappears again, like a ninja...
Goofy part of the post aside, I do gotta admit, I was wrong in thinking he wouldn't be any good in his comeback, as he did put on good matches. Though that speaks even worse of his TNA tenure really.

He was sacrificed to ADR's Altar of Aggression.

I want to see RVD and Kofi face off. That'd be a crazy match, I'm sure.
