The guy that sings it, Cody B. Ware, also sang the Kings of Wrestling theme, KoW (Kings).
[The whole thing is on YT for those that want to find it. I'd link it but the only one I can find has download links. I like it personally.

Smackdown hasn't had a good theme since Let it Roll.

As far as I can tell, it's not the opening show theme, but instead it's the secondary theme they play during the bumps.
I don't pay the closest attention, but I remember it playing when Bryan was doing the "walking to the ring for his match before a commercial" spot one week, and they still used the current main theme at the opening of the show the next week.

Generic semi-rap Smackdown theme number 24.

I think the Smackdown soundtrack choices in the last couple of years have been orchestraded as part of a massive conspiracy by Drowning Pool to make people miss them more than they deserve.

I'm guessing they lost the rights to Hangman by Rev Theory then.

Smackdown hasn't had a good theme since Let it Roll. Eck, I hated that theme. I just want Rise Up or Beautiful People back, man.

Not feeling "This Life." I'm a rap fan, and I'm not feeling this at all.

Rise Up is still one of my favorite songs ever. Just...to someone who was just starting to watch WWE, seeing that intro, and all the dudes who I had never seen, and thinking that this WWE thing might actually be pretty cool, gives me chills every time. I want to be a mark again.

I wish they'd go back to producing their own music rather than getting some cretin in to give some nonsense off their album.
