For some reason I can see Triple H yelling CARELESSNESS at his writers if they make a typo or a grammatical error. I can see Triple H ripping up the best booked wrestling script of all time and telling the writer to "start over and fix your CARELESSNESS mistakes" when Triple H really means his punctuation, but the writer thinks his script sucks so he creates something terrible instead with no grammatical errors. The thought of what this script would look like with an image of it amuses me.

At least in Morrison's case, it still worked out. But yeah, is there anything to show how good a job Stephanie did in Creative? It'll be interesting to see if there's a noticeable difference. The biggest success she's credited with is hearing this guy that was on the chopping block do something on a bus, telling him to incorporate it into his character, and writing his character around it. It worked out pretty f***ing well for him, and the WWE. She's the one credited with hearing Cena freestyle, and changing him from his original white meat face character to a rapper. And then they started writing his raps. But while Steph does deserve credit for that, even if Cena wasn't going anywhere fast he had a lot of support from top guys on Smackdown as a future star. She also is known to have wanted to push Daniel Rodimer to the moon before Vince blew a gasket about them already wasting time hyping up another wrestler who wasn't ready to be on the main roster (I think it was Koslov during the superfan days) but that's neither here nor there. Listening to wrestlers talk about Shane and Steph though, I always felt that Vince put them in the wrong positions. Shane was known as energetic and passionate about wrestling so IMO he would have been better served in creative (though since leaving he has proven he's a damn good business man) while Steph was always said to be more business and professional so Creative didn't seem like a good fit. Not that you can't be professional in creative mind you but I don't think Steph really has that creative of a mind overall. As for WWE hating wrestling, I think some do. Lance Storm mentioned the one time he and Gerwitz were going over a promo and Gerwitz couldn't think of a word to put in place of wrestler so Lance said "how about use wrestler" Gerwtiz said they weren't allowed to say it, and asked Vince (or Dunn) permission to use the word, but was shot down. This I think is a positive. The problem with Stephanie as head of creative was, you can't fire your daughter. So if you move her, maybe there could be some better issues. Though Vinnie Mac is in control, and he walks the fine line between genius and insane, which is why he has either the greatest or worst ideas ever. Triple H already supposedly does all that Vince does down in NXT, and I think he's got a better idea of how to help wrestlers embrace a gimmick and help it translate to a live audience (which I think has been missing in WWE for awhile)

That unfortunately begs the question why he didn't stay a rapper? I love Cena, but to this day I don't believe he would get half the amount of hate he does if he kept his rap battle promos. if anything he'd just get booed more. people were fine with it when he was a comedic midcard HEEL who was supposed to be a parody of idiot white kids acting ghetto when they're from affluent white families, but then he turned face and we were suddenly supposed to take it as being 100% authentic and serious. nobody bought it. also, his rapping was largely terrible. I prefer the overgrown 12 year old myself.
