I didn't forget. It's finals week at my school, which means everything is due. So, I had to put this on the back-burner for a bit. Luckily, I found some free time to do this. Anyway, here is the first elimination:
We start off with The Red Rooster and "The Model" Rick Martel. They hook up, going back and forth with some technical holds and showcasing some good fundamental wrestling. Eventually, Martel gets tired of this and resorts to an eyepoke that the ref doesn't see. This allows The Model to take advantage and work over The Rooster. He works him over for a bit, eventually pushing the Rooster back into the ropes. He whips Rooster across the ring and goes for a clothesline, but Rooster ducks. He bounces of the opposite ropes and hits Martel with a clothesline of his own. He hits Martel with some fast paced offense that dazzles Martel. Eventually, Rooster gets a little too cocky (no pun intended), strutting for the crowd. This allows Martel to tag out to The Honky Tonk Man. Honky rushes at The Rooster, hitting him with a vicious clothesline. Honky then hits the Rooster with the Shake, Rattle, And Roll neckbreaker. He pins the Rooster. 1... 2... 3! The Rooster is gone.
Match 1
The Dream Team: Dusty Rhodes Brutus “The Barber” Beefcake
The Red Rooster Tito Santana
VS
The Enforcers: The Big Boss Man Bad News Brown “The Model” Rick Martel The Honky Tonk Man (with Jimmy Hart and Slick)
First Elimination: The Red Rooster by The Honky Tonk Man
It's 3-on-4 now. The first 3 guys are together, and it's still an elimination vote.
