Yep, like an AA meeting: Hi, I'm Kevin, and I'm a Zack Snyder fan.
I like the dude's movies. And I get the negatives, and what people point out as flaws. To be honest, most of em are inarguable. I totally get why people feel the way they do about the guy.
But ya know what, he's made some movies I love: 300, Watchmen, and Man of Steel.. I loved all three of those. Even his lesser work and the worst example-Suckerpunch? Yup, an absolute MESS of a flick, nonsensical and any other adjective you want to throw at it, but visually it was pretty awesome, and I was ok with that two hours or whatever I watched it.
In short, there's always, to me, at least something entertaining about his films, and many I flat out love.
I'm Kevin, and I'm a Zack Snyder guy.

Woo Woo Wo......Oh,SNyder! I seriously thought this too for a second. Although Snyder could be a Broski. You never know.

I'll take a box of Thin Mints. Make mine Lemonades. I generally enjoy his stuff too. At the very least, he gave us the most accurate Watchmen adaption possible, with IMO an improved and less convoluted ending.

Watchmen was great with the unforgivably bad spoilerificl casting of Adrian Veidt. Silk Spectre was a block of wood too, but what a block of wood.

Well, Snyder takes as much of a beating from fanboiz as Ryder does from...everyone in the WWE roster.
Seriously, I did like Watchmen at least. MOS I can see the weaknesses in.

I thought Watchmen was one of the most boring films ever. Three hours of nothing.

I liked 300 and Watchmen, I liked the graphic novel better of course but he did about the best he could.
I really disliked Man of Steel ... and never saw Sucker Punch but it looked and sounded awful.

I was once a huge fan. Dawn Of The Dead, 300 and Watchmen, I loved. Then Sucker Punch came and it felt like one to me. Man Of Steel was incredibly disappointing and I don't have much faith in the sequel.

I loved 300 and Watchmen.
When you get past 300's outlandish art direction and embellishments, it's a pretty accurate retelling of The Histories by Herodotus. Even the famous "THIS. IS. SPARTA." segment has its roots in Herodotus' writing. It's by no means the most accurate movie ever, but I think it's more accurate than some of the more beloved classic historical dramas.
Watchmen is tremendous--and I consider it to be an improvement over the graphic novel. However you feel about it--it had one of the greatest opening credit sequences of all time.

I enjoy his work as well. Dawn of the Dead, 300, Watchmen, and Man of Steel are amazing in my opinion. I really don't understand why so many fans hate Man of Steel though.

I liked Dawn of the Dead, Watchmen and 300.
Sucker Punch is one of my least favorite movies ever though. I think he gets criticism every now and then that's really unfair. Like when people bashed him for making the Persian army look monsterous. Hey, it's a greek soldier embellishing the story to his friends. What do you expect?

Yeah, the comic 300 was based on was meant to be Spartan Propaganda.

Loved the Dawn of the Dead remake, 300, and Watchmen.
Haven't seen Sucker Punch or Man of Steel yet, though.
