I did this last year and I thought I could make this a yearly thing. It's a fun way to determine who the FAN want to see get a title shot.
The rules are the same as last year. The wrestlers above are the members of the WWE roster who have never held either the WWE or World titles. This list includes injured wrestlers and wrestlers we haven't seen for a while. For the sake of this contest assume that all wrestlers are 100%.
Every day you vote for the two wrestlers you want to eliminate. The wrestler(s) with the most votes each day are eliminated. The last wrestler standing is the winner and the FAN's choice for most deserving of a title shot.

With Luke Harper & Erick Rowan tied up with the Usos on the other side of the ring, R-Truth & Xavier Woods see thier chance to get rid of Bray Wyatt. As they try to lift him out Tensai comes in to help them and it looks like Bray's a goner.
Just then Bray wispers something into Truth's ear. Truth falls to his knees and sobs uncontrollably, screaming "Little Jimmy!! I'm sorry Little Jimmy!!"
Woods & Tensai are so taken aback by this that they break off thier attack allowing Waytt to eliminate R-Truth.
It looks like Truth has a trip to a psychiatrist in his near future. Meanwhile the battle rages on. Who's the next to be eliminated?
