This disaster just showed up on my Facebook feed. I wanted to be an ass and leave '34-28' as a comment, but I decided to pass. Alabama fans never fail to make me smile. And no, I have no clue who "Brenda" is.

Mack Brown is holding Texas football hostage because of his ego.
2 conference title in 16 years at the most profitable athletic department in the country is a failure. It might be good enough for Iowa State, but not Texas.
Oregon is going to rip Texas apart in their bowl game. Then maybe we'll have a "change of heart"

Mack Brown seems like Tubby Smith in 2007 at UK. Clearly a GOOD coach, won a National Championship, and is highly respected in the brotherhood. Hasn't even done anything wrong, per say. Time is just up at his current location. Both sides need a fresh start. And Texas failed to get their Calipari, if you will, so they might be headed for Gillespie territory here.

Which if you remember from Kentucky was them trying to get Billy Donovan during the Gators 2nd straight National Championship run. God, I love that Billy Donovan just said no to them because as a school who is going for a National Championship, it is annoying for another school to try and think they are better than you by attempting to steal your head coach in the middle of that run. I'm sure that is why Alabama was kind of pissed off and annoyed at Texas and their fans and quite frankly, they have every right to be.

@kirkherbstreit Breaking News....Nick Saban has agreed to a multi year contract extension to STAY at Alabama! Details to come out soon!! Kirk is so happy. ESPN is firmly up Alabama's ass. Like I said before, I almost feel bad for Bama fans. Your scum bag coach held the school hostage for more money, it seems. Oh well, I enjoy watching his reaction next year when Auburn breaks his heart again. I don't feel bad about him getting more money. If the larger firm down the street from me can offer more money, but less freedom (this is a very real scenario), I'm going to talk to my boss and let him know "This company is offering me this crazy amount of money to go with them...what do you think you can do?" Its not really holding anyone hostage. But, I'm glad he's staying. Hopefully, Texas can get someone they want, or Mack Brown does better in his final years there.

I love the Army/Navy game because you don't see all of the trash talking and macho BS of major college football, it's just a bunch of guys out there playing hard and giving it their all to try to win.

I understand playing Army/Navy in Philadelphia is a tradition, but I think it would be pretty cool if they played once at Yankee Stadium.
It would bring back memories of the legendary games Army played in at old Yankee Stadium in the Davis/Blanchard era.

It would bring back memories of the legendary games Army played in at old Yankee Stadium in the Davis/Blanchard era. It hasn't been in the New York area since the 2002 game. But I agree. I honestly think it should be something that alternates East to West. The 1983 game was at the Rose Bowl. Would love to see it at Yankee Stadium, Miami (as a nice vacation for the troops), Jerry World, the Rose Bowl again, and Glendale.

With that TD, Keenan Reynolds has set the NCAA record for most rushing TDs by a QB in a single season.
