I'm enjoying seeing so many people mention The Ruling Class. Such a gloriously over the top performance, you start to go a little crazy yourself just watching him.

Not to hijack the thread, but Joan Fontaine - one of Hollywood's last remaining stars of the Golden Age - died today, at age 96.
She and her sister Olivia de Havilland (still alive, herself one of the now fewer Golden Age stars left) are the only pair of siblings to both win Oscars for Best Actress, and Fontaine was the only actress to win that award for a Hitchcock film (SUSPICION).

I know it's not some all time classic film or anything, but I liked him in King Ralph.

One of the most infamous lines in cinema history! Rest In Peace, Peter O'Toole!

R.I.P. to Peter O'Toole. He had a great career, but he'll forever be remembered for one his first films, the beautiful and epic Lawrence of Arabia. I recall hearing that he was initially reluctant to accept an honorary Academy Award, saying that he was still active.

RIP to one of the all time greats in both stage and persona. I will miss the many inside jokes with my parents about him that came from his surprisingly invested performance in a terrible hallmark movie about Thomas Kincade.
Also, am surprised he was 81, hard living.
I need to watch My Favorite Year.
